They are falsely advertising this hotel. The pics are very deceiving the rooms are extremely small the furniture and decor are very outdated, 1970-1980's vibe. I will never stay at this place again and would strongly NOT recommend this place to anyone that requires quality in a choice for a hotel. The star wouldn't allow me to give either negative or no star which is why it got the 1 star that I was forced to give. 🗑🗑🗑

This hotel is terrible!!! The shower has no shower curtain and water splashes everywhere in the bathroom , and no hot water to take a shower!! Also when we checked into the room there was a puddle of water at the front of our bed. I have never been at a hotel room like this before. It is unacceptable!!!

A lot of hotel guests and myself kept having to come to the front deak and wait 5 or more minutes at a time to get card access to our paid for rooms. The TV was not working properly in one of the two rooms i booke from friday to checkout on monday. The water was pooling in the shower afyer running 1-2 minutes. Mildew on/in showers. Had to self clean. The METAL ICE SCOOPER. Was stationed on a wall via metal rusted bracket/ wall fixture. The food at the resturant was good. I would love to revisite and tell friends, but changes are needed

Cold water to shower in the morning. I asked receptionist and I was told to let water run for a while. Water and sink ran for over 30 min. and not hot water. I could not shower for two nights. Hot water is essential for a Hotel.

There is a restaurant at the enterance,and it takes entire reception area. So hard to check in.
They do not give your room before 3 pm and they do not hold your luggages. You have to go 1 block away and pay $30 for big ,$20 for small, $10 for backpack hold fee in another store! Not fun under the Miami sun.

We stayed at the Whitelaw Hotel 2 nights. On the first night our A/C system would not go above 63 degrees it was freezing. Next night it would not go below 80. Then the smoke detector started beeping. The floor was filthy and clearly had not been mopped for some time. We reported the A/C issues to the reception three times and when I asked for some compensation they offered us an extra hour checkout - this was after we checked out. Not a pleasant stay at all. We won't be back and will suggest the same to others.

It’s an old property but the rooms have been remodeled. Has a cute bar in the lobby and very walkable
Check in was very fast and the smoothest checkin . Located in the perfect location . Good food and drinks. Staff super friendly . Rooms nice and clean ! Def would recommend!
Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble finding parking. Unfortunately, the City of Miami Beach has closed some garages due to safety measures for the spring break season.

Rm 101 sits adjacent to the bar and therefore, next to the noise. It’s also on the floor accessible only by stairs. Desk clerk was distracted and failed to return my id until later in the evening. Previous stays have been much better.

For the prize was ok. Location was very good. Hotel needs renovation. The blinds were dirty. We couldn’t close the door to the bathroom. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The place is charging more than I pay for when you there they charge me $134 more for the room the excuse was the bar that a never used I they didn’t give me the money back! Never go back there again and my friends will be notified about this hotel!!

For the price is it not worth the spend. Floors in the rooms are uneven, water pressure is horrible and barely any hot water.

The was no phone in room ,the was a terrible smell of urine all through hotel..Also the charge for service but noone cleaned my room the whole weekend

The hotel was very clean and the staff there super gently, everything was great except the parking, I advice everyone to go on Uber, it’s better and cheaper!

We are a historic Art Deco hotel, so we don’t have a garage or parking lot, which is extremely typical in Miami Beach, but the closest parking garage is just a few minutes walk away. There are also metered parking spots along the street. We agree, a car isn't necessary in this area as most things are close by and there's a free trolley on the main streets and ride sharing tends to be less expensive to get around. We were happy to host you and welcome the opportunity to have you as our guest again.

I wouldn't stay here again. My back hurts because they need new mattresses. The bed is horrible.The room floors are lopsided, the bathroom sink was new but go to the shower u can tell there was mold in the grout.n the bathroom floor was lopsided as well. But their restaurant was wonderful food was great. Oh, and 1 of the staff (girl) kept bumping me didnt say excuse me or anything.
