“It's pretty much as described. Spotlessly clean. Everything works as it should. The hosts are responsive and helpful when asked, but otherwise we didn't even know they were around. Easy access to everything we wanted to see/do. Pool is maintained perfectly. Plenty of on-street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the patio. Very few early or late flights at the PSP airport, so noise wasn't a problem. Disappointed that it was too hot (95+) to ride the bikes to……

“We stayed for a week and had a grand old time. The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed. It was perfectly well appointed with very nice kitchen and bath tools. We ate in more than once bc it was such a nice setting. We ate by the pool one night and the other we were in our private patio with the hot tub which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. We walked into downtown Palm Springs without 20 minutes. The hiking is a 10 minute walk (saw a rattle snake!—low point of the trip, YUCK!).……

“Excellent condo style hotel in Big Bear Lake city. Close to everything. Property in good condition. Excellent communication via email / text. Property doesn’t have A/C, which was OK in May, but could be an issue in summer months.”

“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

“청결하고 아늑해서 잘쉬었어요. 조식포함 상품이었는데 리셉션에서 조식티켓을 주지않아서 조식을 룸차지로먹었다가 카드가 결제되는 바람에 다시취소하고 결제해야하는 번거로움이 있었고 수영장물은 살아있는 벌과 벌레들이 많이 떠다녀요. 아이와 수영장에서 놀다가 물에떠다니던 벌에 쏘였는데 아무런 응급조치를 취해주지않았어요. 벌에 쏘이면 최대한빨리 독침을 빼내야하는데 도움을청했을때 알아보겠다는 직원은 한참만에 일회용 소독티슈 한장들고 나타났어요. 걱정해주며 당장 응급병원으로 가보라고는했지만 너무 황당했습니다. 응급처치해줄 사람이나 약품이 설비되어 있지않다는점이 유감이었습니다. 애가 안물리고 어른이물린게 천만다행이었다고 생각해요. 아이었다면 상상하기도 끔찍하네요. 물놀이는 포기해야했지만, 그밖의 나머지는 좋았어요. 리셉션직원의 추천으로 방문했던 주변식당도 너무만족스러웠고 대체적으로 친절하고 아늑합니다.”
