"The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and roomy. Having a view of the lake was amazing and easy access to the beach down below. The only thing my kids didn’t like, was the spider webs in multiple corners of the house. I would stay again. "

"Great location for our family vacation. The lake is right across the street and the house is close to many attractions. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals. The house was clean and had plenty of space for me, my husband, our teen and tween. We all enjoyed our stay."

"We loved our stay at this cute and cozy home! The location is perfect and the house had more than enough space for our family of four. The home was clean and felt just like a lake cottage. We utilized the yard games and toys that are kept at the house and all of the outside areas, including a walking path across the street. We'll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit family in Ashtabula!"

"Out of all of our vacation rentals by far this stay could not have been more perfect. The house is well appointed with lots of amenities - just perfect for our three generation family vacation. The hosts, Jim and Maggie excelled at making our family feel welcomed. They’re very responsive and take great pride in their rental. They also go above and beyond. If I could, I’d give this a 10 out of 5 stars!!! "

"The house was plenty big enough to hold us all comfortably. Water pressure is excellent in all showers. There were a lot of kid friendly board games and the pool table to keep everyone entertained in the evenings.The house is close to both walnut and lake shore beaches and just 15 min from Geneva on the lake for extra activities. Check in was easy and Kristin checked in to make sure everything was acceptable throughout our stay. The view is amazing. The only thing that is a bit sketchy is the steps from the back deck, but once you get used to it, it is fine. We will definately stay again."

"Beautifully decorated home in a wonderful neighborhood. Minutes to Walnut Beach! Excellent communication from our host; Dan cares about his guests and that they enjoy their stay. The game room was a great bonus. The pool was too cold to swim but definitely not anyone’s fault but Mother Nature. It’s been a terribly cold spring which made the hot tub perfect! I will definitely stay here again! Also, the backyard fence gives great privacy! "
