I decided to stay at The Roost instead of the Hilton because I was attending a conference at the Cleveland Huntington Convention Center, and I'm so glad I did. It was only about a 9-minute walk to the convention center and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and attractions downtown. One evening I had dinner at a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant nearby that I absolutely loved, and it was great being able to explore the area on foot. The biggest surprise, though, was the accommodation itself. For the price, I couldn't believe I was getting a spacious two-bedroom apartment! It completely exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and even had three TVs, which made me smile. I did get a little lost trying to find my room at first, but that was on me—I hadn't realized the property has two entrances. Once I figured that out, everything was easy. The kitchen was another highlight. It was fully equipped with brand-new appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware. They even provided whole coffee beans and an electric grinder so you could grind the beans fresh before brewing your coffee. As a coffee lover, I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They answered my questions, helped me when I got turned around, and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay at The Roost again and highly recommend it to anyone visitin

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!
