The staff was amazing. Made friends immediately. The hotel itself was gorgeous. The rooms were clean the services were phenomenal. We had the best time! We’re definitely coming back.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make you feel like family which I really appreciated. The exterior and interior of the hotel was absolutely gorgeous with the decorations really adding to the whole experience. I felt like I was in a world class art museum 🥰. The onsite restaurant was perfect in every way with a wide selection of absolutely delicious dishes you will love. I rented a loft room which was spacious and absolutely perfect in every way from the layout to the decor. The valet parking was also a bonus at no extra charge. They also allow pets for a fee which was an added bonus so my chiweenie enjoyed his stay as well🐕 I will definitely be returning soon and I highly recommend this hotel and you will not regret it❤️❤️ Last but not least the location itself was not to far from shopping and sightseeing off of 5th ave🙂

Everything and anything was wrong. Staff never got trained correctly. Hotel was still under construction and half the amenities were closed. But we still got charged full price. No hot water in the shower. Drilling noises right next to us eating breakfast. Got lied to about what room we were getting. Overall it was a zero.
