Service was great, everyone was nice a d helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location was not great and a little too far to walk to main attractions due to the inclines. Room was ok, Not totally clean, overall good but not worth the price paid.

The hotel itself is excellent. Breakfast was lovely and so was the garden area outside. It just happens to be an oasis in a less desirable area of the city. Staff are wonderful. We really did love the hotel.

We had a short stay in Naples and this hotel hit the spot! It is conveniently located close to the port. Easy to get to and a lovely space. My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Gratzi !

This property is clearly not meant for an American just staying for a few days. Expedia works through two separate companies in connecting us with this reservation which led to a lot of confusing emails, the need to coordinate via “WhatsApp,” and a very disorganized check in process. The biggest issue is this rental was meant for long-term, so there is literally nothing in it (hotel style amenities). We couldn’t use the hot water in the air conditioner at the same time, our door broke, and while the on-site staff was fantastic and friendly. I honestly think Expedia is derelict and even listing this on their website.

Amazing hotel! 5 start service. Staff is exceptional. Breakfast was great. Very well maintained and the hotel made sure there was everything we needed present at the room when we arrived. This was extremely helpful as I was traveling with kids. This was our best hotel in Italy. They staff was always receptive to our need and arranged for a nice private driver to take us around Naples, to Pompeii abdate night dinner to the coast.

Overall the property was in great condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire trip. The area around the hotel is not the most intuitive; limited local dining options and transportation without a scooter. Great place to stay for a passing through visitor.

Had to book it last minute after our flight was cancelled in the early hours of the morning so can't really comment on the area around the hotel. Staff were on hand at 3am to welcome us, everything explained quickly and pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness & size of the room and of the hotel. Very comfortable evening and a decent enough breakfast in the morning, wide selection to choose from.

We stayed here 1 night before flight back to states. It’s close to the airport, but also close to shopping area and historic center. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the property, but the other taxi drivers, hotel recommended, were able to find it. Would recommend as it’s a short taxi ride to most sites.

This hotel is excellent in all of the important categories. The staff are excellent and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was the best of any hotel in which stayed. However, it is in a location that is somewhat removed from the downtown area, and the streets are busy and noisy at night. Despite the street commotion, the hotel is remarkably quiet inside. This hotel is a perfect place, but it is not in a perfect area of the city. Be prepared to walk a bit of a distance to access public transportation. If you are a taxicab person, then this is the right place to be!

This is off the beaten path of super busy Naples which was perfect. Walkable to the museum. The staff were more like hosts and old friends. David and Gabriella took amazing care of us including setting up transportation and tours. We couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was amazing every day with more friendly faces ensuring we had whatever we needed. There's a small bar area on the main floor that's available 24 hours as there is always someone on duty. The hotel itself is older but updated and clean with character. We had a jacuzzi in our room which we never got to use. Its truly a super special place. Off the breakfaat area is a beautiful garden where you can spot parakeets in the morning. Restaurants in the area are fantastic and friendly and there's no better place to get a cannoli. As you can tell, we highly recommend!

Stayed with my daughter on a break, hotel a distance from the town centre and Port, which didn’t bother us as we are good walkers and taxis are available. Hotel staff are a credit to them , especially Gabriela who was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for her. Excellent beautician at bottom of road, 2 minutes walk, massage and facial superb. Trip to Capri, well worth it, will certainly return for longer stay.

Before you book this hotel, its worth knowing that driving in Naples is not for the faint of heart! The hotel is located up a rather steep narrow alleyway - but if you can manage it, its worth it! We booked a room with a balcony and jetted tub and it was well worth the extra cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff here was so nice and very helpful the whole stay! Our room was perfect for what we needed and the spa and sauna were a great extra touch. The only things we didnt enjoy was the amount of noise we could hear in our room from the rest of the hotel.

I was travelling with a 1 year old. I had concerns about safety and ease to get around but the hotel made all those concerns disappear. Walking distance to the City centre. Clean and very quiet. They organised transfers to Positano for us as well as airport shuttle. Very helpful guest services.

Make sure the taxi driver knows where to go as this place it tucked between narrow streets of a Naples main road

The staff are lovely and extremely friendly. The location is also fantastic because you can easily walk all the way up the hill to the St. Gennaro catacombs and the Capodimonte museum. If you stayed lower down you probably wouldn’t see these great attractions

The area is a very as authentic Naples as it gets. It took us about 20 minutes of a very interesting walk to get to the central street where locals hang out and had the most amazing pizza there. There are few parking spots available at the property. The staff was helpful. Rooms were clean

A little disappointed
Lovely hotel but totally in the wrong place. David the night manager was so friendly and very helpful. Move it close to the harbour area and you have a winner. The area is not very nice and surrounded by residential flats and lots of graffiti. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable but the hot tub was a nice addition. Nice garden and breakfast but wouldn't head back to Naples anytime soon.

Disappointing
I was disappointed on their shuttle from Airport and to the Airport , it was written on their website that there is shuttle bus, but nothing at all, they suppose to explain better that guest have to book. I paid €40 both way, for the shuttle by myself. Breakfast is not that great.
