Check in was a breeze. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and even checked us in early. Breakfast was convenient and good. The room was very clean and updated. Always enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn I know what to expect and I am never disappointed.
I was a little skeptical about this place just because the rating on Expedia not super high but this place from the moment I walked in was really nice. The girl at the fri t desk was the most kindest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She helped us get checked in super easy process. Told us about the time for breakfast and gave us WiFi and if we had any issues we could call her. Our room was perfect for our stay. Overall great Service. Breakfast in the morning was really good so many options. Definitely would stay here again.
I didn’t stay at property due to no accessibility room and couldn’t get into room or bathroom due to bulky mobilewheelchair. Had to sleep in car b:c the hotel couldn’t accommodate me

We has 4 people. So we needed to utilize the pull out. However there were no sheets or pillows. We had to call downstairs. The mattress on the pull out is severely stained. The bathroom. There was a bunch of hairs on the walls. Breakfast- a nice selection. However everything was cold unless you toasted bread or made a waffle.

In this post-pandemic environment, I am fine with limited maid service. However, coffee, toiletries, etc. should cover days without service. Items are available at the front desk, but it's always easier to just be well-supplied.

We were very happy with our stay. We had a suite which was more than accommodating and met our needs perfectly. Everyone was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast which was included was very good and the dining area was perfect. The location was perfect for accessing downtown Nashville. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was tidy and comfortable, which is of much importance. The beds were nice. All amenities were as described, everything we needed. We used the pool. Our only complaint would be the breakfast food was not the greatest. We would stay there again, We felt welcomed.

Our stay was great! Just needed a room to stay in for a concert trip, and the hotel was great! A/C machine can be turned really cold, beds comfy, staff helpful, and breakfast surprisingly was really good.
