Enjoyed staying in the heart of Green Hills. Centrally located for our itinerary and super convenient! Communication with host was fantastic. Loft was clean, cozy, and just what we needed! Will absolutely stay here again when we return.

Will Stay Again!
The place was exactly like photos in listing. It was very clean and comfortable and convenient for all our needs. I especially liked the privacy of having the garage to park our vehicle. My husband was with me but I believe if I was traveling alone I would have felt very safe all by myself. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Nashville.

So Cute
Exactly like the pictures! Great location - quiet neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping nearby. We were happy to be away from all the noise and congestion and yet only a quick 15 min drive to downtown. Our only suggestion is to add window coverings to the small windows above the bed. We improvised with pillowcases and duct tape which helped block the light for better sleep conditions. This is one of our favorite VRBOs ever and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!
Cody is a great host and is quick to respond to questions. The loft is well-appointed, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking in a private garage is a bonus. We used Uber to go downtown - its a 15 minute ride to Broadway and cheaper than parking in a garage. Would stay here again!

Green Hills Getaway
I grew up in the area but relocated to Ohio years ago. This place was perfect for a visit "home" and a concert at the Ryman. Everything you could need, safe, clean, and in beautiful neighborhood and access to all major roads, shops, and restaurant. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We came into town for a family graduation and were looking for a property as close as possible to Lipscomb University. It was exactly as shown and very convenient for our trip. Felt safe, clean and top notch on details and comfort. If we return, which we likely will, we will book this property no doubt! Thanks for a lovely stay for our trip.

Peaceful getaway
I really had a great experience. It was peaceful and quiet. The lockbox and front door lock have me some trouble but going through the garage was very easy. I would recommend others who want to stay, consider getting a rental car if you aren't driving your own car.

Great location
My favorite part was being on the SAME STREET as my former house (when I last lived in Nashville). It was fun to walk the familiar neighborhood again. The loft was cool and clean and updated and well stocked with basic items. My only problem was getting into the loft initially. Of the 3 keypads and 1 lockbox (all different with different codes, the only one that I didn't have trouble with was the garage keypad. The one inside the garage was never given (the code). The keypad outside the garage I finally got on about the third or fourth attempt (as the glare made it hard to see the numbers and initially looked blank.) The lockbox, which was optional in case I wanted to use a key I never was able to open. It was frustrating as it took forever to even "check in", but once I got it, I learned to work around the 4 locks every time I entered or left. Otherwise, I loved the experience.

PERFECT!
We loved our stay! Just a few minutes from downtown Nashville. The apartment is just like the pictures; very well put together, and very peaceful. Beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Full kitchen. Laundry. King bed. We loved having a private garage. Cody responded to any questions immediately. Would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again!

garage with apartment above entirely separate from house. narrow drive to back of main house so off the road and private/quiet. bonus is being able to park in garage without sharing space with owners. entry to apartment inside garage or outside entry option. clean comfortable and new in appearance. comfortable furniture. ideal for 2 or family 3-4. excellent neighborhood, safe for walking. on side street but close to major roads for easy access to interstates, shopping, restaurants. Cody was very quick to respond to messages. would stay again.!

Amazing Spot!
Perfect location in Green Hills! The neighborhood is extremely friendly and safe. The apartment is clean, cozy, and the wifi works perfectly for my WFH situation. Cody's extremely responsive and friendly. He was just a call away if I needed help with anything. The garage was a great bonus since I had my car and Nashville was hit with a snow storm during my stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Nashville alone or with a friend!

Extended stay to work and visit with daughter
The property is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The apartment is quiet, has a lot of windows and pretty tree views. the internet works well and I was able to work as needed. Very nice neighborhood perfect for early morning runs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals when my daughter visited. The garage became my gym. It is very close to shopping, very convenient location. I will definitely come back .
