CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYBODY AND WILL NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. THE OWNER DIDN'T EVEN TEY TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
We ended up being moved from our original booking to the Alonzo suite at the Alison House. It’s a beautiful property but in no way met our needs with 3 small children. Great room for couples but too frilly for kids.

When Expedia overbooked the Family Fun suite rather than cancelling their reservation and them not having a room, I offered this family two rooms in another building we have that included a large king suite and three twin beds, with a value of over $275 for only the $125 they paid for the smaller rooms they originally paid for.
We rented the Rainfall room for a one night getaway. We were pleased with the service including emails advising how to check in, in a contactless manner.
We got moved to the Allison House due to our room not being ready, but it was a beautiful upgrade. We had a wonderful time. Easy process and well maintained, beautiful property.
