“We had issues trying to check-in. The driveway was not plowed and dangerous for one of the guests with a cane. The walkway not shoveled and steps icy. Trash can broken, plates in cupboard were wet and gross, wifi not working - no password didn't work; and no checkout instructions provided despite being asked multiple times”

“We arrived around 2 am on the night we were supposed to check in because of the be weather and had to message Shaun multiple times and call multiple times to get our check in instructions and the check in code. There was very little support in providing information about the city and local attractions like you'd expect in a VRBO. And everything seemed and felt like a cheap managers special. “The apartment was very clean and thoughtful. Small for 4 adults. Owner is on site and very attentive. Steps were very steep and inconvenient for us. Younger folks probably wouldn't have issues.”

“The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the muffins and other breakfast items. The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room table worked out well. The weather was very cold and wind when we were there but if not for the wind we would have used the hot tub but unfortunately it was not suitable for use. I would recommit if you are planning on using it in the off season you notify the host prior to checkin. Also an instruction book for use of hot tub and wood fireplace……

“Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.”
