“We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. Once in the tub, I discovered that 1 of the jets lacked a cover & was sucking in not shooting water out, resulting in a sore finger. We did love the courtyard, bed was very comfortable & staff……
