A beautiful reconditioned older hotel in downtown Niagara Falls with very secure parking and an excellent breakfast included. It also has a 19th floor lounge (no bar) to see the whole area, but not a direct view of the falls. It's easy walking distance to the park and maidof the mist.

Very very convenient. Parking (didn’t know where to go or get code until after we used public parking and ability to drop luggage at door was not possible due to no parking/stopping. Breakfast not available until 8am. Wish we had time to try it. It had to leave for next vacation spot

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Niagara Falls. The room was charming in an old-school way. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was dirty old had spiders didn't have enough towels in a king suite jet bath no robes as advertised breakfast was ish at best only good thing was the veiw and location to the falls

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We could see staff in the room behind the desk, having drinks and relaxing quick service. Our breakfast when Coco was hosting was great. The next day the service was terrible when she was not there. They kept running out of food and coffee. We had towels for one person when we arrived and requested more, which we had to repeat our request before getting a response. My husband requested they refill the coffee in the lobby one morning and the Lady at the front desk said she had just filled it and would check on it in 10 minutes so my husband waited. After 20 to 30 minutes he requested this again and she gave him the same response obviously having never checked it. She was not friendly and did not represent the hotel well. The location was good, but we will stay somewhere else next time.

Cool place to stay near a lot of walkable shops, food, and attractions. Staff was EXCELLENT, friendly and interactive. Comfortable amenities and very good included breakfast. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Vent and shower knob was broken in the shower at my friends room. I thought I would have a view of Niagara. My room was a view of the building next to us. Had to keep our curtains closed. My friends room was a view of the parking lot. Rugs were stained and felt dirty in the room.

I didn’t enjoy that my hot tub wasn’t working but thanks to the staff manager we got a terrific upgrade and spent the rest of our stay on the 14th floor suite with a fantastic view on Niagra Falls. Hotel is also very dog friendly ;) breakfast was good and the hotel is extraordinary and cool!

This hotel is our favorite in Niagara Falls - each room has its own personality and feels very boutique-y. Velvet damask wallpaper, very comfortable beds, and access to the top floor which has a 360° view of the falls is unmatched in this area. Absolutely love it here, have stayed at least 6 or 7 times and we only live an hour away! Would not hesitate to book again.
