Our room was quite nice with a comfortable bed, jetted tub, and shower. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner's representative was welcoming and courteous. Parking was good and off the street.

Clean, pleasant and convenient B&B
The host and hostess were welcoming and friendly. Our room was small, but well furnished and equipped. We had everything we needed and then some (iron, coffee, frig, microwave, etc.). Breakfast was generous and good. We enjoyed being able to walk to the falls from the B&B. We wanted to open the window (we could not as a window unit/AC was installed in it), but the ceiling fan kept us comfortable regardless.

What I liked about the property is that is has a lot character. I wish the room size was bigger, but considering the age, it's sized appropriately for it's time. The host was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable on the local area. Love that the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Buy the Niagara Falls Adventure Pass. It's totally worth it! We had an early morning flight before the breakfast that's served from 9am to 10am. She was very gracious to pack a breakfast for hubby and I the night before and put it in our room fridge.

We stayed 3 nights at Labour day 2019. I and my husband enjoyed staing in this comfortable and neat hotel. The location is great. After Julia's tasty breakfast we had daily woderful 20 minutes stroll along the river bank towards Niagara Falls'attractions. I wish we had more time to stay there.

Amazing time. My wife and I came for our anniversary. Julie was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Bed was super comfy and much cleaner then a regular hotel. Would stay again

The property was well kept a very comfortable. The owner was very personable and willing to help navigate the attractions at Niagara. We had a lovely experience and a terrific conversation with the other guests at breakfast.

Breakfast needs improvement
Julie was very nice. The only thing is the breakfast could be improved. Stayed three nights and had blueberry pancakes with fruit and a small portion of eggs with yogurt with grapes. The next day was so called French toast but it was like toast from a toaster again with fruit and yogurt and it came with a slice of deli ham. Third day again blueberry pancakes, fruit yogurt ect. We have stayed a a lot of B&B and usually the breakfast are wonderful. Again they need improvement. Never asked about extra towels the trash was not emptied for three day stay.

People can say a lot of things about any property but for the price, a modest breakfast, and being anywhere near Niagara it is very reasonable. We had the River Room which was great in size and comfortable. Julie is very nice and works to try and make you happy. We would consider this location again. If you want 5 star there's a couple hotels down the road for $200+ plus parking. Overall very good location and exceptional price point. Happy Travels All, Rob and Diane

A lot of stairs to get to rooms almost straight up. Room was very cold didn't want to turn heat uo becauae other rooms would get too hot! Not a great explanation. They did have a electric fireplace in room but didn't show how to use had to get hold of her to ask how to turn on. This should have been explained when realizing room was cold.

Cozy and Nice
My husband and I stayed 5 days in their cozy Regal room. Julie met us and explained the local Niagara area. Our breakfast included yogurt, fresh fruit, pancakes or French toast, scrambled eggs, sliced ham and a thermal carafe of coffee—enough to get us started on our day of touring the sites, We were offered bottled water for our day pack. All in all we had a pleasant experience at Accommodation B & B.

A nice place to stay.
While a really good, clean place to stay, I prefer a firmer mattress for my back. In 2017, we did have a terrific breakfast but, this year we left beforehand. A new twist this year was having to remove shoes when you walk in. Not a super big deal nor a deal breaker, being it’s not my house and I don’t make the rules, it’s a bit annoying nonetheless.

Very nice. The room and house are well kept and clean. The owners were hospitable and the breakfasts were delicious. Only a 20 minute walk to the falls along the river.

This was the first time I stayed in a B&B--the property was close to a WEGO stop, making getting around Niagra Falls very convenient. The host was very attentive to detail and made sure that the guests were pleased with their rooms and breakfast. She even went out of her way to prepare a breakfast for me and leave it in my room because I was not able to have breakfast with the other guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

This is the first time we stayed at a bed and breakfast. it was awesome!We had to leave before breakfast was served but Julie was super awesome and prepacked us a breakfast to go and had left in the fridge in our room. that was really thoughtful and great! we have no complaints

Nothing special.
Owners don't really know anything about owning a bread and breakfast. One towel each and we ran out of toilet paper. Breakfast was a ham and grilled cheese sandwich and was horrible. Don't stay in Canada. The Niagra Falls in Canada is a joke. Trash everywhere. Crowds are triple that of the U. S. No parking and the whole area looks like a Mini Las Vegas. Very very sad.

Dear guests, Don't know why you have so much complaint everywhere even complain Canada. Most of our guests like the breakfast but we can't garantee everybody likes it and we prepare spare toilet paper in every room, don't know how you could use up 2 toilet paper rolls within 2 nights stay.

Everything as per description. Very clean. Easy parking behind the house. Convenient location, could walk to the falls within 10-15 minutes. Breakfast however was very simple and breakfast time was between 9 and 10. This was far too late for us.

GOOD VALUE, CLEAN ROOM
Overall, a good experience. Pretty good location about 20 min walk to the main strip, another 5 to the Canadian Falls. Free parking in back but no garden or outdoor sitting area. Room was small but clean and had private bathroom, bed a little too soft and squeaky but overall a good value. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again would be the breakfast. The host didn't really ask what we wanted, just served the 6 guests the same small breakfast...a few pieces of bacon on the same plate as 3 tiny pancakes, small dish of yogurt with a few berries, then a plate of orange slices and strawberries. We had to ask for syrup, the tea was left on the table and was not hot. I gave most of my meal to my hubby and he was still hungry (not big eaters usually but this breakfast was seriously lacking). Julie the host was very nice overall, but this place could be a 5 star with just the extra attention at breakfast. A few pieces of toast and jam or croissants on the table, hard boiled eggs or cereal available, maybe even eggs made to order. We have stayed at many bed and breakfast places around the world and this breakfast was definitely the most disappointing.

Clean and well situated. The room we had was very well presented, but no sitting room (no table & chairs). I believe it is under new ownership and thus some progress needs to happen with communication. Perhaps an earlier breakfast time, other than the 9am to 10am, as many people would like to be out for the day by then. Breakfast was 5/10, presented cool to cold.

Excellent stay and gluten free food
We loved staying with David and Julie. They worked hard to ensure all their guests were treated very well. Our room was comfortable, clean and beautifully prepared to welcome us. The breakfasts were wonderful and I had the best gluten free waffles ever. We recommend this accommodation and the hosts.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. They were very conscientious about accommodating dietary requests. This is a low-key alternative to the Vegas North-style accommodations elsewhere in Niagara Falls!
