Wonderful apartment (with loft)
We loved staying here! The location is perfect for getting around Nîmes by foot. In particular, we liked the separation between the sleeping areas and the living space. It really allowed for privacy, as well as the ability to 'spread out'. Sophie and Emmanuel were wonderful to work with and were super-nice. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in great location
One block from the arena, and the old town just beyond - close to restaurants and bakeries, perfect location. Apartment clean and comfortable for our family with two teenagers. The hosts were gracious and easy to reach. Thank you!

Ideal Location
The flat is in the perfect location to enjoy the city and was ideal for our needs as we spent a week exploring Nimes and the surrounding area., the roof terrace is perfect for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. Emmanuel was an excellent and most helpful host, we hope to be back!

Wonderful stay in Nîmes
One of our favorite stays in France. Perfect location- close to everything and we loved the terrace and upstairs bedroom. Comfortable living room seating. The kids stayed in the loft- it was a little hot but they did fine. We really liked the layout and would definitely stay here again.

Short family stay
We stayed in Sophie and Emmnanuel's apartment for 3 nights with our three children. Their beautiful apartment had lots of room for us all and had everything we needed. It was a walking distance to the Arena and other attractions in Nimes which we appreciated. We really liked the roof patio :-). Would definitely come back again, thank you!

Lovely flat in lovely nimes!
Excellent communication with them. Met the parents at check in and very friendly and welcoming. Flat had everything you needed. Great location near the old town. Beds comfortable. Flexible check in times. Loved nimes very beautiful. And the flat!

Very impressed with the location, size, condition and cleanliness of the home. It accommodated the five of us comfortably and having air conditioning was truly a bonus in the extreme heat we experienced that week. It was only a few minutes to the town centre, amphitheatre, museum, park, cafes, and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

Ideally located, near arena and walking distance to train station
We were very happy with our stay at this apartment in Nimes. It was located near the Roman arena and within walking distance to the train station. Apartment was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The AC made it a very comfortable place to stay, especially after a long day of touring beautiful Nimes. Manu and Sophie were very nice, responsive and made the whole experience nice and easy. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable apartment in great location and nice owners
Emmanuel was an excellent host, very patient and quick to respond to questions. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean and has all modern equipment. It is very conveniently located - within short and easy walking distance to the sights of Nimes, the shops and restaurants, as well as the train and bus stations so that trips to the surrounding villages and towns are easy. Nimes is a really lovely and clean city with elegant buildings and broad boulevards. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay and eating at the very reasonably priced restaurants. It is surprising to us that Nimes is not better known outside of France. We also found out that there is a direct train from the Paris CDG airport to Nimes that takes about 3 hours, which simplifies getting to the city. We look forward to coming back.

Great location. Close to Old City
This apartment is 1 block from the Arenas. Easy walking to all of the Old City. Manu & Sophie are wonderful hosts. The apartment had everything we needed. The roof top terrace is small but lovely. It was clean and the photos were accurate. There are two flights of stairs to navigate with luggage. We would stay here again.

Lovely flat in the heart of Nimes
Very nicely refurbished and comfortable flat located near the Arenes. We've had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We made the best of all the facilities including a little terrace overlooking the town (perfect for having a drink). Lots of amenities and personal touches made us feel very welcome. Sophie and Emmanuel are the friendliest and most attentive owners we could have wished for. Thank you to both of them (and the yummy crepes on arrival!!) Highly recommend it. :)

Great spot, great hostess.

Excellente situation pour profitez de Nimes, ses Arènes, ses ruelles. Appartement à 5 mn à pied des Arènes et 10 mn à pied de la gare. Logement propre, fonctionnel, décoré avec soin. Bon plan sur Nîmes
Appartement très proche des Arènes mais au calme, pratique pour visiter Nîmes. Cuisine bien équipée. Il faisait très chaud lors de notre court séjour et la clim a eu du mal à rafraîchir la mezzanine surtout la première nuit. Les hôtes sont de bons conseils pour le stationnement ou les bons plans de Nîmes.

Rachida et Dominique. Séjour du 13 au 17/02/2021. Bel appartement en centre ville ( 200 mètres des arènes ) très bien rénové, confortable, petite terrasse sympa, proche toutes commodités et d'une propreté irréprochable. Literie neuve et de bonne qualité. Wi-fi + clim + chauffage électrique. Ustensiles de cuisine, linge de maison, vaisselle, rien ne manque. Tout est parfait. Nous recommandons vivement.

Sehr charmante Wohnung in toller Lage....
Wir haben die Tage in Nimes sehr genossen. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren auch während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist charmant und gut eingerichtet. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Dachterrasse. Dort konnten wir jeden Tag bei blauem Himmel und Sonnenschein den Tag beginnen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt und die Arena ist tatsächlich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wirklich perfekt.

Schönes Appartement, schöner Urlaub
Es ist ein schönes renoviertes Appartement in einem alten Haus. Wir haben alles so gefunden, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und es beschrieben war. Es ist ausgesprochen sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen. C'est une belle appartement comme decrit et comme sur les photos. Sophie etwas Emmanuel sont tres sympatique et das complique. On reviendra. Mirco pour le beau sejour das votre appartement.

Calme et lumineux, l'appartement est hyper bien situé et très central, on peut visiter et faire plein d'activités à pied. Il est très fonctionnel même si plus de vaisselle et couverts serait bienvenu. Le temps était exceptionnel pour un mois de février et nous avons même pu profiter de la charmante terrasse. Bref, une découverte de Nimes très agréable avec un accueil impeccable.

joli décor , appartement équipé avec tout le nécessaire , petite terrasse sympa en haut .
Accueil sympathique , appartement sur deux niveaux : séjour avec cuisine ouverte , salle de bains et WC au niveau 1. Niveau 2 : une mezzanine et une chambre . Situation vraiment centrale , derrière les arènes , tout proche du musée de la Romanité . Une terrasse tout en haut . Équipement complet et récent. Évidemment , cela ne convient pas à ceux qui voudraient faire de la grande cuisine ( il n'y a pas la place, ni les appareils pour cela), ni aux petits enfants ( à cause des escaliers) ! Excellent point de chute pour des visites variées : vers le sud , Arles et la Camargue , à l'est Orange et Avignon , au nord l'Ardèche : Uzès , Alès , les gorges...

APPARTEMENT AGREABLE AU CENTRE DE NÎMES
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est très agréable. L'appartement est charmant décoré avec goût, conforme à la description et aux photos. De plus la climatisation est un point positif. Seul petit bémol : manque de rangement dans la chambre du haut. Néanmoins je recommande sans problème cette location.

Très bon accueil avec la maman d'Emmanuel. Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé (100m des arènes) pour visiter la ville à pied ! La climatisation fonctionne très bien et c'est tant mieux parce qu'en plein mois de juillet, Nîmes est un vrai four ! La correspondance avec Emmanuel par sms est très rapide et efficace et il est disponible si besoin. Je conseille sans problème la location de cet appartement !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est très agréable à vivre dans le centre de Nimes. Rien ne manque,c'est très propre, et calme, les critères principaux pour nous faire apprécier un lieu; Nous recommandons vivement cette location .

Séjour très agréable !
Un très bon accueil de Sophie et Emmanuel, et un séjour très agréable en famille (5 jours avec 3 grands enfants). L'appartement est bien équipé, propre, conforme aux photos. La coquette terrasse ne permet toutefois pas de rivaliser avec la grande esplanade du Général de Gaulle ;-), située à 2 pas, tout comme les arènes, la vieille ville, et bientôt le nouveau musée de la Romanité (ouverture juin 2018...). Seul bémol : le parking, les parcmètres étant désormais omniprésent dans la ville...

Élodie et ses amis ont été très agréables, respectueux des lieux et ont laissé l'appartement très propre et parfaitement rangé. Lors de la féria de Nîmes, nous sommes toujours un peu craintifs de recevoir de nouveaux vacanciers mais nous recommandons vivement Élodie et son groupe et les recevrons à nouveau avec plaisir!
