"Hotel charges daily parking fee. Parking is very limited. Only 4 floors of parking for a 9 story building. The day of check out (which is at 11am), 2 housekeeping came in to check if we were gone. One came in at 9:50am and the other one at around 10:15am. Room was clean but the bed's headboard was dirty."

"Our trip was great. The only issue I had was that I requested a higher floor and they lift put me on the first floor in front of the pool. So while it was still an oceanfront room. Whenever I want to sit on my balcony, everyone at the pool and the restaurant could see in my room and my balcony. Also the shower was not as clean as I would like it but overall it was a great trip and I would stay again."

"When this property was first built they would enclose the pool and hot tub area so that it would have an indoor pool and hot tub but we were disappointed to come this time and it was not enclosed and the pool isn’t heated. The wind off the ocean makes it very cold. We stay at Ocean Enclave in November 2023 as well and they didn’t enclose the pool area either. It was very cold and uncomfortable considering the amount of money spent for the stay. "

I don’t like that out side pool is shade due to other building blocking sun I swim for sun so for that reason only I won’t book again ! Other wise great hotel "

"The place was quiet low season but the tv had low quality cable channels, the volume didn't work on half of them, one baking pan, no ice in the hotel except for the restaurant and that was only open for breakfast. Oh, and there was one overworked woman doing it all. The room was privately owned from what the front desk told me. "
