“It was perfect for us. My niece (Colorado), my sister (Nebraska) and myself (Massachusetts) wanted to get away for some relaxing, quality time with family. My nephew lives in North Port so it was a blessing to find this home that fit our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful time. Quiet neighborhood, great host, clean, comfortable and everything and anything to make it truly home away from home.”

“This is our second time staying here. We enjoyed it again.. spent a lot of time in the lanai.. liked the lights they added out there! We used the gas firepit once.. but the bugs were a problem this year. We had a couple issues with water but Richard came promptly and fixed it. And they supplied us with an edible arrangement for our trouble. We enjoyed the neighborhood for our morning walks! It is a great place to stay and highly recommend.”

“Enjoyable and relaxing. Things were quite nice. Warm springs in neighborhood was a nice surprise even though it was advertised. Location was close to things we wanted to do. Had to buy a dish towel, we dry dishes at times when not using the dish washer. No big deal. The outside entrance to the laundry was inconvenient especially on the rainy day. We did not have contact with the owner other than trying to get the address and drive by the place a week early. We did see it eventually. Overall...

“The kids absolutely enjoyed the swing set in the back yard. Property owners were great with instructions, very prompt at getting back to you. The location was great just off a main strip with lots of places nearby to eat/shop at. Place was very clean, lots of beach and pool supplies. Overall was a great experience and would definitely book again next time we're in the area! Thanks for hosting us!!”

“Contactless checking was very helpful given our flight delays. Condo was clean with wi-fi password on the counter. Bottled water with tea/coffee to start you off was an appreciated touch. Living room has two couches now vs pictures which is better seating. There are 3 units in this building and laundry room was shared. We did not have issues with the neighbors. Water did have a strong sulfur smell.”
