“Check-in was smooth. The room I was assigned too had a strong odor. Went back to front desk and was offered to change rooms, which I did. The new room was better; however, we quickly discovered that there was no hot water when we went to take a shower. Apparently, the entire building had no hot water. Hoping that they were not aware of the problem before providing a room change, because that should have been communicated to us, if that was the case. The room phone was not working as well. We had……

“Lots of outside noise. Don’t know the last time it was updated or deep cleaned”

“There is no front desk at this hotel, which was really surprising as I got in late at around 10:45 PM and I got to the door and it was locked and then there was a phone number to call… fortunately when I called a woman picked up so that was positive and I was able to get into my room ..,I came to find out that this establishment doesn't even have a front desk… Also, I did not get an email stating what the code was to get into my room so it just felt like this hotel just doesn't have enough money……

“Very clean property and walking distance to the beach is just a couple hundred yards. My only knock was in Room #1, a little of light comes through the window all night, right over the head of the bed. Miguel who tends the property was very friendly.”

“From a service standpoint, probably the best I’ve experienced in KW. Super clean and friendly/helpful staff. Like most KW hotels, they are old houses converted, so you can hear neighbors. But overall outstanding.”

“Owners were super sweet. They took care of us like family and really took the extra care for our stay to be enjoyable. The inn is directly across the street from a private beach and they offer chairs, sunscreen, ice, bikes and more. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Our room was gorgeous and came equipped. I would definitely stay again. New favorite piece of the coast. Thanks so much!”
