The hotel is a little jaded but the people were very friendly and greatly assisted me with a morning check-in (my sincere thanks as id been on the road for hours). Novara is elegant, proud, quite rightly; people warm to you very quickly and I was treated handsomely by the locals, found a short walk from the hotel. Excellent place to get a new outfit and expensive bag.

Nice place in Central city. Very comfortable for relaxing. Service was not ideal but uts average. Rude staff looked bored to tourists. According to privacy and price its better option.

The price for the room was OK. For a stopp near to my next destination IVREA, the choice was appropriate. The room and bed were oldfashioned and used. The reception/owner, an elderly Lady, was helpful.

Bad hotel, good location
This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Novara. Unfortunately the hotel is in very bad shape. The attendants are not friendly and the breakfast is poor. The rooms are very small and sparsely furnished. The carpet through out is stained everywhere and the drapes in our room were ripped, torn and falling off the rod.

The hotel staff are very pleasant and serves up a good coffee for just 1 euro. However, the bed in the room is uncomfortable and there was a spring jutting into my back that left me having aches.

What looked like an impressive hotel from the outside disappointed on the inside. Very old and drab in so many ways. Carpets need an immediate change. Rooms not comfortable at all.

Nice and clean facilities.
Service and staff were great. The breakfast was very decent and filling. Albergó Italia's decoration is beautiful, early 1900s.

Its in a great location.
So disappointing that this hotel needs drastic renovations/cleaning/updating. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times since 1995 and have watched its decline. To bad the Panicoli Group wont put some time and money into this property. Their parking changed and we were never informed of these changes resulting in a large parking ticket.

Best parts were the location, right near the center of this University town, and the free breakfast, rare these days in Europe... No so good aspects were luck of interest in helping of some of the reception hotel representatives, and no parking availability, especially when arriving late evening. The first room we received had a broken air conditioning unit and looked overused and abused. When we asked for help, we were moved to second level, in a better room.

Charming hotel at the heart of Novara
Overall a very nice hotel with friendly staff. A little bit low on room facilities (I wasn't able to borrow a power adapter or an iron at the reception), but otherwise no complaints. Very close to the cathedral, nice parks and diners.

La localisation est loin de gare une 20 minutes de la gare avec des valises pas pratique. La chambre était minuscule, la décoration à l’ancienne même le matelas pas de tout confortable et faisait de bruits de métal à chaque mouvement , le déjeuner pareil , vraiment minimaliste le pain industriel et pas frais en plus, j’ai eu peur de le manger car il avait une odeur bizarre et ne sentait pas bon 😑 Personnel sympathiques et serviables

Struttura molto comoda per spostarsi a piedi verso il centro storico, ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze e dotata di piccolo parcheggio privato sotterraneo. L'albergo è sicuramente una struttura storico del posto, per certi versi affascinante e con decorazioni di pregio, ma in alcune cose sarebbe necessaria una risistemazione e ammodernamento. La pulizia delle camere non era approfondita, trovata polvere sotto il letto. Letti sufficienti, ma presumibilmente vecchi e ormai logorati. Camera e bagno spazioso, giusti per due persone, con adeguati accessori, anche se migliorabili (set bagno ridotto e no frigo bar). Insomma, struttura con aspetti positivi e negativi, che potrebbe essere meglio valorizzata, anche per risaltarne la storia che sicuramente si porta dietro.

Toll fand ich die oldschool Einrichtung und das Personal war sehr gut und freundlich. Prima auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die Zufahrt in das Kellerparkhaus war sehr eng und steil aber immerhin konnte man von dort mit dem Lift bis in die Etage des Zimmers fahren.

Déconseille, hôtel a éviter !
L'hôtel est très sale, les couloirs sentent mauvais, les murs des couloirs sont cassés comme si l'hôtel était en travaux et il y a de la poussière partout. Dans la chambre: les murs sont sales avec des traces, la climatisation avait une fuite et il y a avait de l'eau qui coulait, les lits ne sont pas confortables et le wifi ne marche pas. Le petit-déjeuner est très limite... la nourriture n'est pas bonne, ne proposent pas du lait poir les céréales, ne mentent pas de cuillères, etc... Cet hotel ne mérite pas d'avoir 4 étoiles !!!
