The pool right off the bedroom was so perfect and it was great to enjoy each day. If we have a need to be in Wellington again, we will return to Maria of Spain!”

“The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable.”

“Spacious updated guesthouse, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Also has a nice private patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. It was close enough to the tennis center we decided to walk and enjoy the neighborhoods and downtown community. Would definitely stay here again..”

“This property was just as the photos show. The owner was super responsive to any questions I had. I don't think the listing mentions it, but it has an alarm you can activate. Though it is in a safe location, I am used to using one at home, so I felt more at ease using it while I was away. I really enjoyed this property from sitting on the porch reading and relaxing, to cooking dinner on the grill, to walking and biking to the causeway. It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this...

“The home was as advertised. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to communicate with! The one issue was that the pool needs some attention. The pool wasn’t working well, had some items that needed to be repaired. Would definitely recommend.”

“Another 21 day work stay. After 9-10 hour days, I enjoyed relatively quiet nights, I was able to park almost every night in front of the property. Convienience to grocery store and several fast food restaurants close by. Due to no parking in the driveway, humping my personal crates, cooler, etc, was a pain but not unbearable. Host was very responsive to an electronic issue which was resolved next day promply by a professional hired by the host. Overall, I would stay again.”

“Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....
