"Such a clean hotel! Lobby, room, all amazing. 24 hour refreshments in the lobby were amazing. Staff was great. Room was clean & spacious"

"Always something not working in the same hotel room suite! Electrical issues and always in the kitchen! So yes your food will get affected! Do not stay there! However the night staff ladies that work the front desk Erica & Tanaya were a complete delight! This company doesn’t deserve them!!! Wonderful personality and customer service! Ask for these ladies if you decide to stay here! And best of luck! I wouldn’t recommend a cockroach to stay here!"

"You can tell that this hotel has had a face lift and made the hotel look better. Our delta was service at the beach and cleanliness. The beach experience was not good, dirty sand and workers that absolutely didn’t care to help you. Clean was the overall room and balcony, dirty windows and carpet. This experience was not like the pics shown on Expedia for this Hotel."

"Everything was great, we were able to check in early and our room was really nice with partial view of the ocean. My only complaint would be that the park was $35 a night, regardless if we used the valet or not (we self parked and the hotel was pretty empty for our entire stay). Other than that, the beach chair and umbrellas were included in the resort fee and we had a waiter come to us on the beach to order food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The location of the hotel is very beautiful direct access to the beach. No attendants after 6 pm so if you need something you would have to wait til the morning. Only valet parking. The location of my room was nice. The free breakfast provided was not what you expect. The air conditioner in my room automatically went off during the 12:00 pm, which made my room extremely hot."
