“The host was responsive but the accommodation was unacceptable. It was dirty, mildewy, and the floor of the hotel was undergoing renovation so there was no lighting in the hallways, there was dirt and dust in the hallways, the elevators were blocked by construction equipment so we had limited access. We complained to the host and had to leave the room and book a hotel room for the remainder of the stay. Unfortunately we had to spend one night in the VRBO which was not pleasant!”

“The suite was not up to par for a Marriott room. Overall it was tired and in need of much love. However, the host was responsive and helpful resolving some issues.We had no heat during the cold snap on two different days and the problem was resolved. One day it was due to an issue with the heat pump in the room.
