"Property has a great location, walkable streets and no stress with crimes or anything else compared with Southbeach, Great Valet, Host, Housekeeping and Joe the Bartender made a 5 stars Old Fashioned. Property is close to Calle 8 and several High End Bars in Brickell. Easy to get Uber or Lyft to avoid extra parking fees around the city. They charge electric cars with no extra fees at Valet. "
"We had a great stay. Highly recommend for staying before a cruise of just being in Miami. Hotel was in walking distance to a few great restaurants and not far from the port. "
"The overall experience was great. We were able to check in early. Sabrina gave us drink vouchers. The room was amazing with incredible views. The gym was awesome and we also had a great brunch at Ole. Can’t ssy enough about our stay. I will definitely stay there again."
"I rarely take time to write reviews...Excellent customer service provided by Patricia at the front desk. Extremely professional attitude and a "can do" spirit Great disposition and approach toward resolving problems"
"The balcony view is awesome ! Breakfast was great! Plenty of food options downstairs. Casablanca over looking the bay was my favorite in the building. "
"The property is extremely high end and well maintained. Be aware however that the price per night may seem like a deal, but it does not include the extra $60 per night for parking, nor the $150 per day deposit required when checking in. It also doesn’t include breakfast which costs between $20-$30 just for a continental type breakfast with a side of breakfast meat or eggs being extra. That said the restaurant, while expensive was exquisite the one night we had dinner there. While the photos make it seem that the bathtubs are soaking tubs.. they are not. "
"This property is very a wonderfully located, very stylish hotel that makes you really feel like you are in Miami! Great location, many restaurants and attractions are walkable. The room is spotless, modern and the staff treat us very well. We will be coming back to the Gale again! "
"Nice hotel. Staff was nice. The lobby is really nice. The rooms are spacious but they are a bit outdated with “Brown” throughout the bathroom. The other major thing is the mattresses. They all have a cushion added but my lord do these mattresses need to be replaced. Very accessible location to restaurants and shopping. "
"This company completely ruined my vacation. To sum everything up as short as possible, we got a room that didn’t have working appliances. Contacted this host and they gave me no solutions and refused to refund me my money or move me into a new room. We spent money on food we had to throw out because stove/microwave didn’t work. They even sent somebody to confirm the appliance didn’t work and still nothing to accommodate. Each day I reached during my stay and I was told the same thing about maintenance who never showed up. The other issue I had was false advertising with parking. In the description it says $50 a day but when I tried to cover the parking they told me I could only pay for one night because it was limited which turned out to be a lie because it was plenty of spaces, they just wanted me to pay more than what was advertised. There is no host you can visually see or talk to for any solutions..They use an app called WhatsApp to communicate and you talk to different people who have no answers. I explained to them this was a birthday gift for my fiancée and our stay was completely ruined and they did nothing to make it right. Please read this review and book with caution to avoid the headache of dealing with them!!"
"The inn was just as described the two bedrooms are spacious and clean. The area is also close to stadium which is why we were there. The bar on site was a great place to grab a drink and the Spanish restaurant around the corner was amazing. My family loved it and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here anytime we go to a baseball game."
