"Standard deduction for eco-unfriendliness applies (breakfast all plastic), but that's to be expected in this range. The rooms were clean, we stayed for 2 days and towels and everything were renewed, very considerate. Bagels and hot sauce would have been nice additions, but really, no serious complaints. We stayed here to go to the National Park, left at 7 am and made it in without reservation needed. Recommend."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is a perfect jump off point for travel to many front range destinations. The apartment, while compact, is very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for basic meal preparation. A bonus - the host’s garden is gorgeous! Lynn is a great host and provided a lot of information about the area. We’d definitely stay there again. "

"This was the best VRBO that I have ever stayed at. It absolutely makes me want to never stay at a hotel. The location was great. It was so clean and very warm and inviting. The hosts think of everything, and anything we thought we needed, they had! And they communicate back-and-forth so well. Highly recommend!I recommend sitting on their driveway and watching the sunset!"
"Me and a friend stayed at the Bluebird Inn Carriage House while visiting Colorado, and it exceeded our expectations! It was spacious for us, cozy, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! It's in a nice location and near good food spots and coffee shops. Not only that, Ross was an incredible host! He was very nice and quick to respond.I absolutely recommend staying here, and I will stay here again during any future visits!"

"The property was beautiful and very spacious. Lots of rooms and sitting areas. BBQ grill and fire pit outside were a huge help. Floors are a little thin so the downstairs people could hear every footstep. The biggest complaint was only having one towel per person however we could wash them. Ran out of trash bags and there was only one bin that got full quick. Overall very nice neighborhood with lots to do surrounding the area, beautiful home that was plenty accompanying for such a large group (10), furnishing and house was very clean and had all the necessities to get by a few days. Highly recommend booking this spot. "
"The house was older and had been added on. In a quiet neighborhood that we loved. Basement with 2 bedrooms, laundry, den and bath. Musty smell but we understood. We had plenty of room and location was very convenient. Communication with property owner/manager was great. Will stay here again if ever in this location."

"We had a wonderful time - lots of space to hang out with family and friends. The house is clean and well organized with all of the kitchen cupboards and drawers labeled. The outdoor area was also beautiful with a lovely hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay there again!Thanks to Jeff and Eileen for being wonderful hosts and very responsive to our needs!"
"The house was awesome and spacious! We were in town attending a softball tournament for a week and this house was perfect spot to host a team dinner due to all the outdoor amenities this house offered. The location was great and made moving around town very easy. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a large home, if we return next year we will most definitely book this house again. The management company was very responsive to all of our questions. One of the things I like most about this house was that it was fully stocked with coffee and supplies, spices, cleaning products, paper products, detergent (both dish/laundry), lots of towels, and additional bedding, fans, and so much more. I’ve rented plenty of VRBO’s over the years and none of them came this stocked. That alone is a huge savings and benefit. "
"Wonderfully spacious and clean home, perfect for a large family gathering. Large, well-stocked kitchen was perfect for meal prep. Multiple bedrooms offered plenty of sleeping options for all ages. The basement family room included a large seating area with TV plus pingpong table and kids' toys. The backyard provided room for yard games, and outdoor table seating plus a gas grill provided the opportunity for cookouts and plenty of hangouts. Situated only a couple of blocks off the main street allowed for easy access to nearby stores and an easy drive to Estes Park."
"This house was perfect for multiple family/friends. We had a family wedding and this house served as the main stay for the officiant, DJ, setup crew and all their families. The functionality for individuals to be split up worked well for our needs. We loved all the amenities and the kitchen, bathrooms, game room and pool area was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard provided an extra perk to expand the sitting room. Our only challenged was multiple layer of stairs. Being older, it made us work harder to get luggage, groceries and ourselves to the different rooms. But we learned how to navigate it and it worked great! The host, Erica, was so attentive and wonderful to communicate timely. She was so kind and thorough with the responses to our questions. If looking for larger space with lots of things to do, please consider this property. It was definitely an Oasis! Thank you for a great stay!!!! "
