"Great property conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Estes Park. Ten minute drive to the entrance of the RMNP, which is where we hiked every day. Layout of house was really nice. Kitchen was superbly stocked with anything you may need for cooking, even though most nights we ate out downtown. All in all it was a great place to stay and would rent again if we ever go back to Colorado."

"What a beautiful condo and great location to enjoy the east side of RMNP. We slept with the windows open to enjoy the sounds of the river flowing in the backyard. You'll enjoy watching the elk from the back deck. Falls River entrance was only a mile away making it super convenient. We saw lots of moose , elk, and a few bighorn sheep."

The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer."

I have two minor issues - there was not a blow dryer and with a house full of ladies, that was challenging - I have never been to a VRBO rental that did not have one. :( Also, I booked through VRBO - yet the property manager was communicating through Lodgify which I do not have an account to and that caused confusion and some...

"This house was perfect for our family vacation! Just a short drive to Estes or the Rocky Mointains. Beautiful views! Definitely recommend driving something bigger than a car to get up the roads, we had a van and had a little trouble. Overall it was amazing and a perfect home to enjoy with a big family!"
