"We were a party of 14 adults who arrived during a thunder storm. The owner was there to meet us, show us around and advise on dinner etc. The surrounding view and area is stunning, peaceful and in the countryside. The rooms are large with en suites. The kitchen is more than adequate for self catering. This property is a must, thank you for letting us stay."

" An impressive property which sadly does not quite live up to the discription. The furnishings are all very tired, the kitchen chaotic, the cleanliness not up to scratch and the worst of all, NO WIFI, although this is promised. Self catering means different things in different villas, in this one, the very basics are provided to last for one day!! A shame, when with a bit more effort and concern for the travellers this really could be a superb property."

"Das Landhaus war zwar etwas abgelegen, aber wunderschön in den Bergen gelegen. Wir wurden persönlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und bekamen auch wertvolle Tips für unseren Besuch in Rom und Lokalitäten in der Umgebung. Das Landhaus ist sehr gepflegt, insbesondere die tolle überdachte Terrasse und die Räumlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mit Familien wieder."

Our only regret is we only had two nights there! We would recommend these accommodations to everyone. Take directions from the host not the GPS. One place is a must. Marmore Falls. "Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer nicht überrenovierten bäuerlichen Anlage. Absolut keine Beanstandungen bzgl Sauberkeit und Praktikabilität. Der Gastgeber war einfach nur herzlich freundlich, nichts Aufgesetztes! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach Visitation im kulturell spannenden Umland waren der Pool und Ruhe verantwortlich für die beste Erholung."

"Die Villa liegt umgeben von vielen Felder und hat ein grosses Grundstück. Dies erlaubt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt für grosse Gruppen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und der Eigentümer ist sehr zuvorkommend, beantwortet alle fragen und ist da bei Schwierigkeiten. Wir würden definitiv diese Villa nochmals mieten, wenn wir die Gelegenheit haben."

"I have been traveling in Tuscany and Umbria for the last 2 weeks. Of all the places I went this hotel alone made a difference in my travel. Wonderful owner, service staff and chef they are the EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY. It made me realize the next time, I am planning an Italian vacation it will be in Umbria. Once again, I want to thank Palazzo Seneca for making our vacation memorable."

"Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."

"Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"My wife and I enjoyed a 2 night stay. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff made our stay especially memorable. The spacious double room was exceptionally clean, with modern decor. There is a wide choice of items in the continental breakfast and two restaurants, one offering a fixed price menu and a smaller, popular with families and groups, and another more intimate restaurant offering an al a carte menu."
