Picked us up at the train station and found a rental car for us in Orvieto. We could not be happier with our holliday thanks to them. Several vineyards near by, and the beautiful town of Orvieto. “We were a party of 11 people including my six year old grandson. The villa itself exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with its spaciousness. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you might need. The bedrooms were beautifully clean, light and airy and air-conditioned, which was a blessing as the the outside temperatures were almost unbearable during the day. “My husband, our dog and I were looking for tranquillity, nature and a swimming pool. Villa Cipresso seemed like the perfect place and it turned out to be so. The house is big and well kept, the surrounding are peaceful and our dog loved roaming around freely in the fenced property. Indeed, the last 5 min drive can be a little challenging but its worthed. We have never slept so well and relaxed while sunbathing and swimming. Tips: stock up at the supermarket so that you don't have to make……

“Rosa our hostess made the two week stay with my wife and our daughter’s family a true delight. The pool was a big splash with the 4 and 6 year old grandsons. The oldest perfected his swimming skills while there. Rosa’s morning goodie surprises were wonderful. Her direction and suggestions on where to eat or what village to see was spot on. ”

“Maison dans un cadre extraordinaire, sur un côteau, avec vue, de la terrasse, sur les oliviers, les vignes, la vallée et le côteau suivant. Panorama dont il est impossible de se lasser, avec couchers de soleil en prime. Pas de voisins immédiats. Belle et grande piscine. Les enfants ont adoré également jouer au ping-pong dans le pavillon en face de la propriété. Pour le tennis, beau terrain mais il faisait trop chaud… Maison confortable, spacieuse. “We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice.”
