There was no grab bar in the shower. I was unable to take a shower because I was afraid to fall. I’m 77 years old and have never seen a hotel shower without a grab bar.

For a Best Western, it was an excellent stay. The only complaint was that the breakfast was not great, but it's Best Western, so what can you expect? The property itself was in great condition.

The breakfast was my biggest issue. The eggs were not warm, the biscuits were rubbery. Our room was nice, it did smell of older people but not overwhelming just whenever you first went in. No fault of the property we did have some folks outside our door at 330am arguing rather loudly for quiet a few mins. It is an older property but was maintained well, location was good, area safe feeling, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly enough.

I didn’t like that it was not “pet friendly”. Unfortunately I don’t look closely enough at the particulars before I booked. But I will never come here again because the fee was non-refundable and our beloved pet had to stay in the car all night!

Smooth check in and stay but…
Great easy check in and the stay was good but a few issues with the room. The heat didn’t work and the bathroom sink drained extremely slow. The room was clean and comfortable though.

Please read before booking!!!
Room was very dirty, we kill a roach in the bathroom. Towels looked old and yellowish. Room was old and filthy, carpet was filthy. Overall the room was horrible. We booked a two night stay and we checked out after the first night. Couldn’t stay a second night. I filed a complaint and I was told the manager would give a call on Friday the 17th after 10 am. Today is Saturday the 18th at 4:45 pm and I haven’t heard from her. This hotel is not a 8.4 at all.
