"Wonderful stay. Large room, shared kitchen and great location to shops and restaurants. A lot of stairs, but it comes with a beautiful view. "

"We stayed here for one night. The room was clean but not very welcoming. For being a B&B, there was no breakfast and the shared kitchen had signs telling guests not to touch anything. The location is on a fairly busy street but the room was quiet. We didn’t see any staff other than the cleaning crew when we left. Easy check-in, and the video they sent with the check-in information was very helpful. It’s about a 15 minute hilly walk up to the old historic part of town. "

"Location is super great. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast will be served at a cafeteria near the back side of the Cathedral. The room is on the 5th floor, which makes us a little tired for up and down. There is no elevator, so if you have suitcases, it will be a bit harder for you. "

"My friends and I planned a 2 week long trip to Italy with our stay in Tuscany being our middle stop. While we were very excited to arrive, we were quickly let down once we realized what we expected to get with our stay was not possible. We booked Via Hotels.com and were told we would have a room with Air Conditioning as well as laundry services on site. When given our rooms, we were met with the lack of AC and 2 fans to “help”. There was also no laundry available on site and we resorted to hand...
