Great location. Clean and Comfortable room. Friendly staff. We went out for breakfast even though some fruit etc was available in the morning.

Good hotel, the only problem for us was that the food menu is very limited, the kitchen is closed most of the time and in La Toscana there is no life outside the hotel, so If the kitchen is closed there is no delivery service or restaurants around.

Outstanding hotel and a remarkable experience staying there. The room was large and beautifully decorated as the rest of the hotel. Service was impeccable and friendly. Food was great. Lovely and intimate atmosphere. Attention to details and distinctive effort to attend to our needs. The hotel manager and Lavinia at the front desk stood out, but everybody else was extremely helpful. I hope to return!

I found the bed extremely stiff. The breakfast was mediocre. I was surprised because of the good reviews. The coffee was subpar.

The history alone is staggering, but what really makes it special is the people. Alessandro was everywhere — and we mean that in the best possible way. Yes, he is the sommelier, and he is outstanding at it, but he was also there at breakfast, leading the room, making everyone feel looked after. He is not just a wine expert, he is a true host. The kind of person who sets the tone for an entire property. And Simona — we kept saying she was the best person we encountered the entire trip. Just genuinely warm and present in a way that is hard to find.
