We dedicate ourselves to provide a safe, sanitized, and fun experience for every guest. Every home is cleaned thoroughly with our extensive sanitation steps. Once the home is clean, our inspector goes to the home and ensures everything is good for the next arrival. If something was detected, it will be reported to our office to be replaced or repaired upon arrival of the next guests. Our inspectors do an in-depth examination of the home. He/she examines the kitchenware, appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms, and outside pool area. He/she will also make sure the home is equipped with the necessities, for example, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels, and trash bags. Each home is supplied of towels for the maximum of the home. If a guest were to contact us if they needed more towels, we are more than happy to provide more. As we were never contacted about the bed issue, we were unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The Horizon team hopes you enjoyed your stay overall in Orlando. Safe travels home. Dear HomeAway user, Please find our response to the review hereunder. This property only received positive reviews, and guests loved staying here. The home offers great value for money. We are not surprised though to read this review, since we were previously contacted by the guest via email, but only after they already left the house. We were never contacted during their stay. In the email they complained about several things, also different things then we read here in the review, which is not very consistent, and they threatened to leave a bad review if we didn't refund their booking. After we read their first email, we went to the property straight away to see what was happening (the guest already left). We have photos and videos of our visit on file to proof nothing was wrong with this property. The guest claims to have pictures, however we never saw them, even after we asked to send them to us. The house was not dirty, the kitchen utensils were clean, there were no ants or bugs anywhere in the property, the shower was clean, the linens are fine and the thermostat is perfectly adjustable (but not below 73F as a standard procedure). Most of the rental properties here in Central FL have garages that are converted into game rooms, and since garages were not equipped with AC, nor are the current game rooms. After we visited the house and found nothing wrong, we emailed those pictures and videos to the guest. We never received any feedback. We offer great services as a management company, we like clean homes, and we are sure that we will host many more happy guests in this lovely property. Sincerely, the Horizon Vacation Homes team.
