Neglected and dirty This unit was one of the most disappointing I ever rented, and neither VRBO nor the homeowner took any steps to fix any of the many problems. The property basically felt like all the owner did was change the bed sheets after the previous guests. Dirty used towels next to the shower. Dishwasher full of previous guest’s dishes. Filthy shower with hair on the walls, soap dish with old soap fragments, and mold in the corners. Broken toilet seat and toilet roll holder. Broken smoke alarm that beeped every 30 seconds for ten hours my first night there. No washer/dryer. Unusable coffee maker. Sticky kitchen counter. Mismatched limited dishware. I had multiple conversations with VRBO and each time they sent me e-mail saying the homeowner would address all issues “today” but nothing was ever done. Homeowner was unresponsive to requests about the coffee maker, pool, etc. They supply no guest information about the unit, the building, or the neighborhood. Owner seems to deny or become very defensive when other guests have complained, so I provided VRBO with photographs of everything. It is also listed as accomodating 3 guests, but contains only a queen bed and no cot or fold-out sofa.

Great location, but has issues
The trip started off great on our check in night. Host was very accommodating that night. Waking up Friday morning, we noticed the a/c went out and stopped working. It was not fixed our entire trip even after countless texts and ignored calls. She assured us that it would be fixed but we arrived back to a very hot apartment still. I messaged every morning and was even given an time it would be fixed and no one showed. Building maintenance was not even called untill Saturday night. On top of that this is indeed a party place. Multiple things were broken upon our arrival, allong with dirty bed sheets and dirty pillows. Thursday on our check in i was ok with the sheets since we could wash them on site. I thought of it as a cleaning lady over look. We had stayed in this building the year before but with another host and had a wonderful experience. I was expecting some concern and there seemed to be non as this was not a priority for our host to handle. I am an optimist and wanted to give it every chance we could but after requesting even a partial refund for our stay due to the safty issue of an apartment over 80° in Florida was not addressed, i am and will do everything i cant to ensure thos apt cannot be relisted with out meeting any and all VRBO requirements. Which also includes a working smoke detecter. If i could leave Screen shota and photos i would. Ugh. Do not stay if the listing is still up!!!!

I don't get it how you saying things NOW that you never told me ..... till now #1 yes the A/C was not working but I call to fix it......#2 if YOU DID NOT WANTED TO STAY THERE YOU COULD HAD LET ME KNOW If you did not like the place you could had told me BUT YOU NEVER DID ...... #3 I DID TRY AND TOLD YOU I WOULD GIVE YOU 1 Free night for what about a/c (fyi) it fix now .......#4 don't say I did not try to do anything about it ...... and try to get some money back #5 ......NEXT TIME YOU STAY ANYWHERE IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PLACE SAYS SOMETHING SO YOU CAN GET OUT SO YOU FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER ...... #6 you was a NICER PERSON I WOULD HAD DONE MORE BUT WHEN YOU TEXT ME AND TOLD ME YOU WANT ALL YOUR MONEY BACK AND if I did not give you all your money back you would try to say things that was not true ...... fyi I still have the text form you I WAS TRYING TO GIVE YOU (A FREE NIGHT) #7 when you have more people staying then what you tell me staying with you (NOT) cool ........#8 Nice TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK ..... Great time!
Here for a concert at the amway center. Was a perfect location for such an occasion. Beautiful view and just a 5 min walk if that to the amway center. Will def book again in the future. Had a wonderful time with no problems!

Not What Was Promised
While there was great communication, check-in was delayed by 3 and a half hours. You will have to use a parking garage which will cost you money in the heart of downtown Orlando. The apartment is not actually allowed to be Vrbo’d per the front desk so the host is going against policies in the complex. To get to elevators to the floor (which we were told may or may not even work correctly), since the front desk wouldn’t let us wait in the lobby, you must use your finger nails to grip the window pane sealant of an emergency exit door. Once in the room, we noted hair clumps in the shower, a missing smoke detector, and stains on bedding among other cleanliness issues which we documented. We left immediately to a hotel. Somehow with all of the aforementioned and photos provided, Vrbo refused to refund as somehow this doesn’t actually break any policies (but cleaning fees am I right?). This my first and last time using a Vrbo, and want this review to remain as a warning to anyone else in the future as the company does not have your best interest in mind.

All day you was texting me and calling me and if you did not like the room or anything you should have call or text but you did not you took a pic of the number that the building was painting I would NEVER HOST THIS PERSON AGAIN AND LIE TO VRBO AND TOLD THEM THEY WAS HERE AT 2pm and they got here at 445pm yes the keyfog was not working I took them To the room and was very Nice to them All of you need to be very careful with them they would try anything to get a free stay or get there money back They never told me anything and they got to the room at 5 pm So why did they do a report at 7pm what was they doing for 2 hours To all the Guests out there if you don't want to stay at your place let the host know DONT WAIT WE ALL HOST TRY TO GIVE THE BEST PLACE EVER AND BEST PRICE WHAT IS RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG IS WRONG

Great Host, avg. place but in great location
Host were great with communication and the location was beyond perfect for being in town for an event at Amway Center. The place wasn't bad but not quite in the shape I thought it was in due to the listing's pics. All in all a good experience but it did prove to me I'm not an air-b-n-b guy (my 2nd time using 1). Guess I value the room consistency standards of the hotels I use.

downtown stay
Stayed here for 4 nights Tasha was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in a little earlier as we came into Orlando early. Tasha as host was helpful, organized and extremely communicative. The condo is in the heart of downtown 5-7 walk to the amway center, cineplex and clubs. Unfortunately we felt as if downtown closes at 8pm unless it is a bar or club. The place itself was clean to a point, mildew in the shower so we used the separate bath/ shower. The cooker was not cleaned at all unfortunately. Walk in closet but not hangars No hair dryer so bring your own! Nice sized pool and chill place in the building The place is quite homely and we enjoyed our stay
