Not as clean & up to date as expected & bugs
Townhouse was not as clean as it could’ve been. Taxes of hair were in bathroom as well as small bugs. I’m assuming they were ants, there was no broom to sweep the floors, children’s decor pillows and Olaf chair as well as dining chairs were stained. There were visible stains and marks along the walls throughout the townhome, there was a opening directly above the doorknob that was big enough for the many lizards or a snake etc could fit through to enter the home also a break in hazard (you could clearly look straight through the hole once touched). Beds were hard and some were itchy (husband had whelps). It was not what I expected for such a nice development and price. I would not stay at that particular townhome again for these reasons.

First of all you have lights that don't work in the house. Master bedroom has a lamp that flickers like a strobe light, so my husband and I spent our week in the dark, with some light that came in from the bathroom light. Filthy floors, our clean feet were blackend every day just from the floors. God only knows when they were mopped last. Tiny bugs crawling all over the counters in the upstairs bathrooms. Called the owner & resort management, no one came to fix the insect issue. TV's don't work, temperature is impossible to adjust. And you get to experience the ghetto culture while you're there. Groups of 10-15 of them running around the streets all hours of the night. Weed wafting over as you try to relax in a chair outside. You're required to strip your beds and start a load of wash when you leave, even though you're charged a cleaning fee already. Also no soap provided for laundry or dishwasher or shower. This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in Florida. You get what you pay for. I'd never stay here again nor would I suggest the resort to anyone. The staff was nice, that's the only positive.

Few of the bedroom center lights didnt work with the light switch. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a weeks stay. There was no dish soap or dishwater tabs. Pretty much you need to bring everything you need for a week stay. Pool was nice. Pictures made it look huge which it wasnt that big.

We arrived at nighttime and in the bedrooms none of the light switches worked. The lights in the one room didn’t work, there was not a switch to turn it on and off even on the fixture itself. Found that the bulb was out and had to go without a light , another light we had to unplug it each time we were done . Multiple lights in the house do not work. Dishes in cabinets have visible food stains and crumbs on them. Directions to wash towels in the washing machine but no laundry detergent, makes you wonder if the sheets and towels were properly washed. Otherwise the space is large, the beds in the adult rooms are comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner offered in unit, hand soap is offered. Large sectional couch and large tv downstairs. Some tvs in the bedrooms do not work, Checkin took 45 minutes, there was a huge line. pool and lazy river was small but a nice amenity

This was convenient to all area attractions. Great amenities. Nice size townhouse. We did have some trouble checking in, and the bath tubs were very slippery. But we just when out and got bath mats to help.

Beautiful Upgrades
The property listed is exactly as it appears in the listing. The owner has taken feedback and has recently made upgrades to the townhouse including brand new laminate flooring throughout the entire space which was absolutely beautiful. We were in contact with the owner and property manager as we had a small issue with the washing machine but it was worked out immediately and they provided us with towels in the interim until the problem was solved. Really couldn't have asked for better hosts with excellent response time! Getting in and out of the space was simple and easy. The townhouse is located within a gated complex that has lots to offer including a restaurant, pool, arcade and front desk help with purchasing tickets. This location worked well for us as we not only were going between the parks but also went to Legoland, Tampa and NASA. If you are solely going for the parks it can be out of the way. The convenience of being able to have so much space (4 bedrooms) and be able to get groceries and at least save on making breakfast was the best for us. There is a publix within walking distance of the townhouse. We really enjoyed having our own space that was clean, bright and spacious while also enjoying the resort complex on our down days. 100% would stay in this exact spot again. Great value for the $$$. WORST HOUSE RENTAL EVER!!!!
First off the owner did not tell us it was $122 just to get into the gate of the community and did not include it in ANY of the Commumication or bill. We walk into the house and there are stains on the floor and the thermostat is set at 79! in Florida!! And very difficult to readjust! Everytime we thought it was adjusted it went back to 79, miserable!! The one bed looked like it had not been changed from before, sheets were awful!! Horrible rust stains in the 1 bathroom sink, hall light that flicker terribly!! Curtain rod coming out of the wall, so curtain hanging funny. No dish soap for dishwasher or sink dish washing. No spare toilet tissue. Over all the worst house I have rented when coming to Florida.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any miscommunication. The resort fee is listed in the property listing. This is paid directly to the resort and is very common in Orlando. We have an amazing property manager that is available 24/7 take care of any issues our guests may have. We leave enough toilet paper,dish soap and laudry tabs to help until our guests can get to the grocery store. Our thermostat is set to 72 at all times. The property manager can help if you have issues with the thermostat We have replaced all the floors in the condo and the vanity is set to go in this month. Unfortunately, our calendar was booked and we have to wait to do some of the upgrades. Again, thank you for your feedback.

My first time using this method to book a townhouse for a holiday and I will definitely consider using this again for future trips. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our group of four adults and two small children. Location was close to a grocery store, fuel, and some restaurants and shopping. Good overall experience.

We checked in…took 40 mins…was given a brochure and parking passes. Told them we had a 4th car..they did not give us a red pass for overflow and the brochure does NOT say it should be. So they towed a car at 245am instead of just waiting a few hours to make sure we knew what the process was since it did NOT say so in the brochure. House was nice however and our property manager was very good

Property met expectations according to its description, with one exception: the main entrance could not open from outside or inside due to broken lock; this meant all entry had to be through main floor bedroom which has limited space for maneuverability when carrying groceries, pool gear etc. Also a concern for escape route in case of fire. Property management was contacted and nonchalant response about fixing the lock. No hangers in closets, so we purchased and left for next tenants. Overall and enjoyable stay.

Worked perfectly for our needs
I loved the space in this house and the amenities in the resort. Communication was decent, nonetheless we had no major issue. The unit would really benefit from a change of flooring in the living room space, the rug there is pretty worn out and difficult to keep clean. Was pleasantly surprised that the couch in the living room was new (not pictured), which to me is evidence that the owners are taking feedback and making improvements. My husband and brother are nature lovers so didn’t mind the ocasional uninvited gecko, catching them and putting them out, lucky for me as I would have otherwise freaked out. Final thought, the place is absolutely fairly priced for an awesome time with large family. A nice little touch: owners left floaters and pool toys. Also awesome to have a washer/dryer. FYI 30 mins drive to Disney parks.

My family and I had the best time here. It was so convenient to almost everything. I love the themed rooms and all the extras that were already there. I mean there is literally a stroller for every stage. The resort offered everything we needed even if we never left. I highly recommended staying here. Especially if Disney is in the forecast.

We enjoyed staying at regal palms. The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very spacious as well. My kids really enjoyed the lazy river the most. We look forward to returning in the future.

Close to the parks
Location was great. Didn’t have to get on I-4 to get to/from the parks. Only about 23 min drive. Traffic and stress free. Townhome is as advertised. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money for accommodations and this gave us plenty of room with the teens having their own separate bathrooms to get ready. Owner was super responsive when had an issue with wifi. Got it worked out quickly and didn’t have any other issues.

We stayed while visiting Disney and also had a few days to hang around the resort. Our only disappointment with the resort is that the arcade wasn't working. Otherwise, the pool and lazy river kept everyone occupied.

Spacious condo in a nice location
The condo was very spacious. The kids bedrooms had toys, extra blankets, and just extra touches that the kids loved. The beds were not comfortable, but I don't generally expect that when we stay somewhere. There were fans in the bedrooms which was awesome, because are a family that sleeps with fan noise. The resort was nice, the lazy river and pool area was a lot of fun. We had trouble checking in because the address that was given was not correct. Use the address your phone gives you when googling the property and don't go to the gate, you must stop at the area that states lounge/spa and that is where you check in. We didn't utilize the restaurant, bar, ice cream, etc as it was very pricey. We felt very safe during our stay. I would recommend buying toliet paper, hand soap/santizer, dish soap, coffee filters, trashbags, paper plates, cups and disposable tupperware if you plan to cook and have left overs. Also, washclothes are not provided so you might want to pack a few of those. The property wasn't the cleanest, somes stains in the carpet-areas that were neglected such as corners, etc. However, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. It was decorated very cute, plenty of seating at the table for our group of 7 and plenty of living room seating. The wifi worked well. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

We loved this place so roomy! Enough for my kids to have there own space with tvs and movies in each room. (Lots of the dvds we scratched but we just watched different ones) The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Three bathrooms which was nice that we all had our own space. The sink in bathroom in the hall was rusty and my kids were scared of it haha. But it functioned great. The cleanness on the bathrooms was just ok. The floors looked like they weren't cleaned that great and only one roll of t.p in each bathroom. But that was enough for us. The knob in the master bathroom really needs to be taken off and cleaned. Very moldy :( Downstairs was comfortable and enough space for visiting eating and folding laundry on the table. They did only leave one laundry tab so pack some to go with you. All of the carpets really needed to be cleaned. They ask that you start the towels when you leave but don't leave extra. (We still washed all the towels and stated sheets) We just went to the dollar tree which is right down the street. Same in the kitchen only one dishwasher tablet and one garbage bag. No seasonings for cooking. But overall we loved it. Fun pool and pretty good food at the restaurant. So many lizards and bunnies hopping around.

Property was nice, carpet had a few stains and a tear, bathtub on lower level backed up pretty bad, plug in upstairs tub didn’t work. Overall it was a very nice stay, beds were comfy it was nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. I was too busy to enjoy the pool but it looked nice.

This property is nice. The beds are in great shape. Everything appliance in the kitchen is new or updated. Is it like a brand new house? No. But you aren't paying the price for that either. The resort is exactly as listed and wonderful and close to any possible thing you could want. Bring your own dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper…etc…then enjoy.

Great property!
We LOVED our stay. It was nice to have a home to go back to after the long days at Disney. We were able to relax and unwind. We didn't use the amenities during out stay, but the pool seemed amazing. The condo had lots of space for our family to spread out.

Great place to stay!
We felt completely at home! The Disney themed rooms got us excited for Disney World, and the huge bath tub off of the master bedroom was well-used to loosen our muscles after our long days walking! We went to the pool every day. It was very well kept and never too busy. It was truly one of the highlights! The owner responded to my questions within just a few minutes. Several restaurants, a gas station, cvs and a Publix grocery store were all less than a block away. The Disney parks were a half an hour away. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We would love to go back!

Overall we had a great stay, and we would recommend this place. Pros Clean, quite neighborhood, nice resort amenities, quick response from maintenance, comfortable beds Cons We had some issues with tiny ants in the kitchen but nothing major, the couch is terrible (stained and not comfortable, I would not want to sleep on it but it was covered with a blankets so it was fine to sit on), the remotes don’t have backs so be careful not to lose the batteries. THERE ARE NO WASHCLOTHS because of Covid guidelines so make sure to bring your own.

Great place!!! Plenty of room for everyone.
The condo was great. Very clean. Plenty of room for everyone. The first night in the downstairs bedroom, the frame collapsed when my son-in-law laid on it. We ended up just laying the mattresses on the floor. It looked as if someone had just set it all back up broken. The next night someone sat on the bench under the table and completely fell apart!!! No one was hurt, but definitely scared them. When we finally got a change to call to report it, maintenance was there very quickly. Even with all of that, if given the chance, we will stay again. Thank you!!!
