Would stay again!

Nice roomy property with great resort amenities! My kids, 7 and 11, enjoyed the pool area (my only complaint was that it was very crowded and had very few umbrellas for shade). Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. It could use a little updating, like fresh paint and carpet, but we were comfortable. I do wish the condo pool had been heated until later in the evenings, as we didn't have much time to enjoy it with being busy during the days. It didn't seem worth the cost we paid to heat it with how little we were able to use it. But even with the few little things that weren't ideal, we would stay again!

Family vacation

We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool area with slide and lazy river was great. Bed in one room needs replacing(you sink in the middle) but the rest were ok. The back gate didn't work with the barcode on pass but press the call button and they’ll open it. Close proximity to parks and shopping. Would stay again.

Great location and perfect size house!

We love the location, the size of the house and outdoor pool area was won. The house was clean with a contemporary style. No problem with the checkin or with the property at all. Only small issue is there was a bit of a stuffy smell. I would highly recommend and rebook Lullaby!!

Roof over our head

I wish I could rave about the amenities but we spent very little time here. We didn’t even get to use the pool. The only complaint is that a neighbor had a crazy party one of the evenings we were there. Besides that, everything was simple. We never spoke to the PM because we had the info needed. It would have been helpful to have the checkout info included in the app. We saw that we had to strip the bedding and start the wash at the last minute on a paper in the entryway. But, we caught it so I think we were all good.

Very nice!

Overall everything was great. The pool was very refreshing after a couple hot days at the park. Check in and out we’re easy however, I didn’t like that we had to wash and dry all our towels before we left or pay extra. I would definitely stay again.

Ups and Downs

So let me start by saying that overall the property managers Zoe and Sandra were absolutely fantastic people to deal with during our stay. I will say that there were several other things about this trip that were disappointing. First and foremost the beds inside the townhouse need to be replaced and I’m not just talking about one of the beds, every bed needs to be replaced. Outside of the bedrooms everything else is great, living area and couches are fine, kitchen is fine, etc…. As I previously discussed with the property managers there are several activities that say they are offered but they are not offered any longer, fishing being one of those activities. They also claim water slides are available but you better hope they are willing to open them b/c several of the days we went over early and had to leave by lunch hour and the slides still weren’t open when we left. Last but not least the check in process. I just don’t see how you can expect 1 security guard to handle a check in process for a place that has that many guests. When I say it was easily an hour and a half just to get a piece of paper to put in the car so I can get in and out of the resort. Why not just give people a PIN code. Make life easier and less stressful for people who are supposed to be vacationing. Overall I have to say that the property management team was spectacular but the property itself was a little disappointing!

Clean and plenty of space

Our family had a really nice week, with plenty of room for our group whose ages ranged from 4 to 55. The kids especially enjoyed the private pool, so highly recommend paying the additional daily fee for heating the pool. We didn’t spend time at the resort club or the community pool and amenities…when we went it was too crowded and was surprised that you had to pay additional for mini-golf. The location was fine, and even though this unit is located close to the rear gate/entrance of Storey Lake, the parking pass never worked/scanned. So you either had to call for your vehicle to be buzzed through, or go all the way around to the main gate/entrance.

My stay

Checking in was horrible! It took us about 2.5 hours total. We had to wait in a extremely long unorganized line only to get the guard to be told that the address sent to me was incorrect and didn’t exist. Guard wouldn’t allow me to call the contact and instead instructed me to get it figured out and get back into the unorganized line which forced us to wait even longer with several of us having to use the restroom. Outside of that the stay was great.
