“If you're looking for a comfortable, well appointed apartment in the midst of Old Nice, look no further. Great locations. Great apartment. Managers communicate well and managed late changes I needed to make very graciously.”

“This apt is perfect for those wanting to avoid the crowd of the city center. Beautiful beaches both public and private, and only a 15-20 minute bike ride from old Nice. Mireille was a fabulous host and was able to hold my luggage before check in and after check out. The pictures do not do justice to how comfortable the apt is. Modern appliances, comfy bedding and magnificent views. I will definitely be coming back.”

“The stay was perfect. Best location in Nice. Steps from Old Town, directly infront of the TRAM. The place was 10/10. We had a small issue on day one that was resolved within hours with the hosts. We will be back and recommending to friends!”

“The property never contacted me with check-in details so I had to book somewhere else at the last minute. They never responded to any message or call.”

“The location of this apartment is exceptional. You are steps from the ocean, as well as from the flower market and Vieux Nice. There is also a tram stop nearby with access to Place Massena. Yes, you do have to climb stairs to access the apartment, but this is well explained in the listing and was not an issue for us.
