“Firstly let me make clear that the owner Jack is an excellent host, with efficient communications throughout our stay. He arranged a private transfer from Nice Airport and met us on arrival to help us find the apartment. Then he took us on an orientation walk around the immediate environs pointing out local bakeries, butchers etc, plus some good places for eating out. Secondly the apartment is ideally situated for a real ‘French’ experience in the best part of the Old Town just off the manic……

“This was a different hotel experience for me. Really it's kind of an apartment building where they took part of one floor and made 8-10 hotel rooms out of it. You have a key to get into the building and your own code to get into the lobby and rooms. It's on kind of a side street ... but near the Main Street of Rue de France that leads to 1,000 restaurants and the old city. “Cute apartment! Location was perfect. In the heart of old town and steps from the promenade and beach. Enjoyed our 3 night stay with family!”

“Location was great and practical, but toilet was horrible with very loud sound that could be heard in the whole appartement every time for over a minute and woke us all up in the night. Light bulbs were burnt, faucets were wabbly, only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 Cm of dish soap.walls were dirty, paint was peeling off the ceiling. Washer had old stuck soap and made our clothes stink. The host was not very helpful. Was supposed to come and we waited all Morning and never showed up….we did not……

“We were unable to access the property on the first night as they had forgotten to put the key into the lockbox. No one was available at the phone number given, no one responded to What's App, instagram or Facebook so we had to find a hotel. We discovered that the washing machine was broken but the property managers did our laundry for us - we just had to drop it off & pick it up later. During the hours that the office was open, responses were timely & the staff very helpful. They just need to……
