“Fantastic hosts on site. Had a quick question and they were put in minutes. And that was at night when we first arrived, with the AC running-Very Thankful Arizonans and extremely grateful dogs. Casita was cute, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. It reminded us of our first place and was perfectly nostalgic for our anniversary. It even had shampoo and conditioner. Everything was walkable. There is a diner around the corner as are so many places to eat and hang. Please try...

“This is a downstairs unit of 4 that is in a fantastic location. Close to some amazing restaurants but far enough to be quiet. Has air conditioning, but we never used it as the cross breeze cooled off the place plenty. Internet was fast and easy, beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen needs newer appliances and plates but we managed just fine and for the price, this place is a great value. one more thing, the owner was extremely responsive and friendly. I will definitely use these guys...

“Great place to stay. My husband and I with my mom and 5 year old stayed for 4 nights and it was very comfortable.Walking distance to many food spots! Easy parking. Only thing i wasnt prepared for was bringing quarters for laundry. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The place was great. And the neighborhood was so cute! The parking spot is not great if you have a large vehicle, but I was able to find street parking pretty close. We loved the yard for the dogs. A very comfortable stay and Rebecca was great about answering my questions quickly.”

“We were supposed to come in right when the very first hurricane hit San Diego! The owner was communicative and let us know the status of the area so we knew we weren’t flying into a flooded disaster. We had one small issue with a missing tv remote and the handyman showed up with a replacement remote within the hour! The outside backyard area was a bit dirty but there was a tropical storm that had blown through the day before so I’ll give this piece a pass but this was not a useable space for us....

“The condo was very nice with everything we needed. Only things wrong were the hot tub was yellow and too scary to go into. And a second key fob would have helped as we went in different directions at times. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We would recommend. ”

“Park Blvd Paradise was the perfect home away from home. Super comfortable, nicely perched away from the street whilst being surrounded by the amazing University Heights neighborhood, I cannot wait to come back.”

“The rooms are very small, the house has several levels so that if you are on the bottom you get a lot of noise from those above. It is also old so power kicks off (they do tell you how to put it back on) Parking is miserable. Furnishings are cheap. Kitchen utensils could use an update and sharpening. Positive: close to the zoo and park.”

“The perfect place for our stay. We were in San Diego for Memorial Day weekend to attend the ceremony at Miramar in memory of my son. Adam was always quick to respond to my inquiries and made our stay so easy. The apartment is clean, well supplied, comfortable and in a great location. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Would definitely choose to stay here again.”
