Owner was friendly and well prepared for us, even offering early check-in. A great meat shop and ice cream shop within just a mile were fun finds. "Charming really describes this house. It has all the things I love about older homes - wood floors, doors, and casings. The decorations make you feel at home. And the house has everything you need. My teenage granddaughter gave it high marks. There is quite a bit to do in Chippewa Falls. Irvine park is beautiful. And we always need to go to Olson’s ice cream whenever we are anywhere near the area!"

"I travel to this area regularly for work. I have stayed at many of the main brand hotels. NONE of them come close to the quality and cleanliness of this wonderful, "cottage." The rooms look nothing like a motel room, they feel like a cozy cottage in the country. They are immaculate. The staff is kind and accommodating. They were willing to work with my overnight schedule. I booked every stay there after my first night's stay!"

"Riverfront view was beautiful, outdoor area was well thought out. Cabin was very clean, furniture in good condition. Amenities did not match the listing description which was frustrating as I would have planned better had I known. DVD player and Xbox a nice addition for rainy nights. Listing wasn't clear that it was a porta potty and no shower source. Owner was very responsive via email, phone call and text. Place has great potential!!"
