VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. "Stayed here with three teenage girls while they were in town for a dance convention. Great location to downtown. The amenities were perfect for the amount of time we stayed. The single bathroom was a little bit tricky, which we knew it would be going in, but worked well for us. Would really appreciate more mirrors in each bedroom to help with getting ready, but other than that, everything was great."

I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean...
