“Great property! Likely the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed!! Beautiful area too!! Would definitely stay again!”

“First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean……

“I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th,……

“The theme of our retreat was about ranch-style living. We did some cooking, crafting, hiking and singing 'round the campfire. It was a delight! The refrigerator is rather small if you are planning to bring enough food for 10 or more. But the table is terrific - we got 14 around it comfortably. And there is an additional fridge in the outbuilding. The bunks are uncomfortable for people over about 40 years old but children can clamber into and out of them easily. The internet is unreliable which……

“Stayed here with three teenage girls while they were in town for a dance convention. Great location to downtown. The amenities were perfect for the amount of time we stayed. The single bathroom was a little bit tricky, which we knew it would be going in, but worked well for us. Would really appreciate more mirrors in each bedroom to help with getting ready, but other than that, everything was great.”

“We booked this place because it was so close to UVU for our daughter’s track meet. It was perfectly located. We loved having two sitting areas and three bathrooms giving everyone plenty of space. “This house is great if you need beds! It had a bed for 18 individuals. The number of beds per room made it possible to divide the rooms according to families. The configuration of the beds was different than stated online. We were able to make adjustments. Some beds were more comfortable than others. The house is older, so you do hear a lot of noise inside the house during the night. Because the house is older, some bathrooms did not appear clean. There is no tub, only showers. We were in Orem……
