“This was great for what we needed. Didn’t need a big kitchen. Didn’t need to cook. Great for a place to land and sleep. We weren’t going to be in the property all day. The only negative I had was parking. It says there is parking in the street, but there are so many people parking in the street. Coming in late at night made me nervous. I always found a spot. “The place was a beautiful, cozy space. It was very welcoming, modern, but also had a very beautiful farm charm. We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they were so helpful with helping me set up tables and use all their set up and backyard and it made for a beautiful party.Always helpful and hospitable.Everyone loved the horses and the beautiful scenery of the place.”

“We needed a place close to BYU campus. This was a very short drive to campus and convenient to other attractions in the area. We enjoyed the view and found out that there is a road right behind the property where you can do a short 10 minute walk to get an even better view. The property is also only a short walk to the Orem/Provo trail system that we exercised on during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We even saw a family of deer feeding right by the the street one day! ...

“This place is top notch! We had a large team and there was plenty of space for all. Very quiet, lots of towels, comfy beds and all the amenities we could need. Susan was wonderful. We had fresh Banana bread waiting for us and she checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 we will for sure be back!”

“The property was clean when we arrived, and suitable for our family consisting of two adults two teens, and our little french bulldog. There was no pet smell whatsoever upon entering, nor was there any pet hair or stains visible to us.
