“The space was a cozy, well appointed basement apartment. Communication with our host was always answered quickly. Everything was as described. There was some sounds from the host family upstairs, but nothing loud or obtrusive. Only word of caution is that the walkway down to the apartment is a little steep and there are a few steps, so people in wheelchairs or with walkers might find it inaccessible. Overall would definitely recommend, thanks for a great stay. ”

“This place was great for our recent family vacation. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 small kids, and very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were both super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible to I-40. There are good food options just one exit away in either direction on the interstate.”

“The hosts were very accommodating for us to check in early. The back yard was great for our dog. We watched Jan and her riding lessons with her students!! Jan and Rob were great to talk to !! The area was beautiful. Bed , towels , and everything was so good. They even had ice for us - which rarely happens. We brought a bag and left it We love to return again. We got the horses!! They are beautiful. ”

“If you are even remotely thinking of staying at this property, DO IT! We were intrigued by the idea of staying in an old railway car, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. The grounds around the rail-car were spectacular. Gardens, flowers, fish-pond, and an exceptional fire-pit. We were in town for a show at a local music/food venue called The Shed, but were also able to fit in a few hikes at nearby Cades Cove. An all round spectacular weekend. The hosts were communcative when...
