"Would have rated 5 stars but we were put into a different room type ( single king) vs what we booked (2 queens) and said we requested that even though I had the booking email showing our request. The hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to our requested room type. I was promised additional loyalty points because of this but I haven’t seen those yet. "
