Winter Escape
We had a great 2 month stay at Jeff’s property Everything was as described and we had no problems during our stay This is a large house with large bedrooms We had expected to have family join us - but that did not happen because of the pandemic. I do think the house would work well for a larger group with lots of seating both indoors and out My only suggestion would be to have a “reading” chair in the bedrooms in case someone wanted to get away for some quiet time or to watch TV without getting into bed As prearranged -Jeff used one side of the garage to store his golf cart during part of our stay and this was no problem He came and left without interrupting our routine The location on a golf course is what really made this a 5 star home. We thoroughly enjoyed both watching the golfers and playing the course Thanks Jeff for sharing your home

Lovely home in Sun City with beautiful views of the golf course. All 3 bedrooms are a nice size with additional space on the rear patio and front courtyard.

Awesome Golf Course Views / Convenient Location
I had to spend two months waiting for my new house to be built, this property was close to everything we needed including, freeways, shopping and groceries.. the neighborhood is really quiet and although the house is off a main road, there wasn’t much traffic. the house had everything we needed for a long stay, and the price was really reasonable. I would gladly stay here again if I needed another place to stay short term.

Great location
This house was great for our multi family trip. Super convenient location - easy access to the 101 freeway and lots of restaurants. We loved the back patio area! Everything was clean and 3 nice queen:king sized beds for each room. Well furnished and perfect for our quick trip.

Look No Further, This is the Place!
We were fortunate enough to rent this house 12/1 through 12/8, 2018. It is just as pictured. Although not decorated, it is immensely clean, perfectly stocked with everything, centrally located (not far from the Elks on Union Hills and 101 and grocery stores). We met the owner, Jeff, who was extremely helpful. This is a very comfortable home with great golf course views. You won't be disappointed.

Great option for Thanksgiving Week!
A lot cheaper than getting two hotel rooms for the week. Secondly, it felt like being home for Thanksgiving! And it was a great house on the golf course!!!!

Vacation in November 2018
We had a great vacation at Jeff's home beginning in October and ending in November. We love the location. When we are not golfing we can sit on the patio and watch the golfers come in on the 18th green. All is very comfortable there, the master bed is super comfortable and being from the northwest we appreciate seeing the green grass of the golf course out the back windows. It is a lovely place to stay and we appreciated our time there.

A very nicely taken care of property to enjoy while in the Valley of the Sun
Our family, 4 adults and 2 small children, stayed in this lovely home while we were waiting for our new house to close. Jeff could not have prepared the house better or made us feel more welcome. The patio over looking the golf course is amazing, the beds offered a fantastic night's sleep, and location offered quick access to shopping and entertainment. A previous reviewer had commented on there being only a twin in the 2nd guest bedroom. A new queen had been added that allowed out 3 year old to really have a choice of "big girl" beds! Before arrival I received a nicely detailed email explaining everything we needed to know about the house. It made our stay stress free and enjoyable. The property is minutes from the Loop 101 (hint: use Union Hills and not Bell, it's so much faster) and is located in a nice quiet retirement community. Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here.

I had a wonderful 10 day stay at Jeff's home.
Jeff's house was very clean, comfortable and user friendly. The kitchen had everything I needed. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was fine, the shower great. The best thing for me was the patio with it's terrific view of the golf course and the great sunsets. The house is also a short drive or uber to P83 if you're in the mood for a night out. All in all a great place to stay, would stay here again, excellent value.

Perfect spot
This was my second stay here. And, as previously, it was perfect. The home is spacious with great views of the golf course and a very large covered patio that makes outside time inviting even in the Arizona sun. The owner could not be more welcoming or helpful. I love staying here. It is well equipped and conveniently located to Sun City spots. Hope to come again.

Lovely home in a great location
This home is in a great spot, right on the eighteenth green of a popular Sun City golf course. We played the course one day. It is enjoyable to sit on the large patio and watch the golfers. There is a nice breeze and the area is quiet. The home is very comfortable and spacious and the owner Jeff, is easy to get a hold of and friendly. It is a wonderful place to spend time and relax.

Large, clean house with great golf course view in a quiet neighborhood
Enjoyed our stay in this large, clean property which was located in a quiet neighborhood. Location was great for us, and my husband enjoyed playing the golf course on which this property was located. The house is nice, but could use a few updates to make it really great. The bedrooms were really large, beds and bedding were very comfortable. WiFi was fast and super easy to connect to. There was a very nice, large patio at the back of the house, right on the 18th fairway for Union Hills Golf Club. My communications with the owner were very positive, instructions and access to the property were clearly provided. Definitely would consider renting this property again.

Great vacation rental

Wonderful Retreat from PA winter
The home was just as presented. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the back patio - superb! A bit sparse in the furnishings but who cares when you have beautiful weather and views!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Jan of 2018. The beds were very comfortable and all was clean, neat, and as advertised. It is a very nice home in a beautiful area and we felt very safe. The club house for the Union Hills Golf Course is just a couple hundred feet away. The owner was very easy to work with and quickly answered all our questions. Everything we used worked well. We highly recommend this property.
