Nice place and area. If there was a bad thing, there was a dog upstairs and we could here him running and making noise during both day and night.

We found this condo appointed and furnished very tastefully and lovely. The bed was super comfortable! Very Clean. Linens, towels, kitchen and all supplies very well stocked! Easy communication, check-in/out and clear instructions from owner. We would defintely stay here again!

Great condo, cozy and fully equiped
We had a great time in this condo. It is well situated, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the fact that it has everything you need for a stay (towels, shampoo, cooking utensils, oil, spices, etc...). We felt like staying by friends. Highly recommended.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t!
This was the perfect vrbo to say the least. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Most rentals look/feel like barren model homes, but this actually felt like a home away from home. From small amenities and goods to proper linen, this place had it all. The location was very close to Tempe and Scottsdale (10-15min from the airport as well), perfect especially if you’re racing IRONMAN Arizona or Arizona 70.3. Just north up the road there is a main drag that has almost anything you’ll need and just south there is tempe marketplace, which has basically everything. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and tucked away from the busier thoroughfares, yet easily accessible within a minute drive. What more can I say...they have a “just in case you forgot something bin,” if that doesn’t sell you to stay here I don’t know what will!

Loved this place, furnished with everything, our only complaint was the people in the Condo above us, very noisy long into the night. But a great place to stay, would do again!

We are glad you loved the condo. Unfortunately, we have no control over our neighbors. From what I understand they are new as of the first of April. We are going to be there at the end of April and will certainly address the situation.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. The private garage was handy even though a bit snug for our minivan. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. So often condos are stocked with the cheapest brands and accessories but this was not true in this condo. There were a few minor problems: 1) the north bedroom bed was too soft and lumpy. 2) the security screen door lock (not the pad lock) was almost impossible to open and after many attempts to get it unlocked, we finally had to leave it unlocked when we went out. We would stay at this clean and attractive condo again. Best regards, Roy

Thank you Roy for your nice review. Sorry you had trouble with the security door. We are at the condo now, and can see exactly what you were talking about. Mark sprayed WD-40 in it and that has taken care of the problem. We do have a maintenance man on property, that I could have called, had I known. I need to add that fact to my key letter, that I send out. We work hard at trying to make your stay at our condo, a hassle free part of your vacation.

Property was clean and well stocked for our basic needs. Perfect location.
We stayed for a week in February, 2018 to attend the Phoenix Open and the location was perfect. There were four of us and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the space was perfect. We enjoyed the pool but we did miss having a grill. This condo is in the perfect location in terms of proximity to the airport, shopping and golf. Perfect vacation!

Enjoyed our stay!
We stayed 12/27 through 12/31 for golf and the Fiesta Bowl and treated our son and his sweetie for his 30th Birthday. The condo was clean and comfortable with the pool and jacuzzi steps away and the weather was awesome with temps just below 80 during peak of the day with cool evenings almost warm to us, though being from Seattle! The hosts Sharon and Mark have provided all the basics you need with added condiments and spices you need to cook with in the clean organized kitchen. There was a hot water problem in the master shower and a quick email to Sharon it was fixed within the hour by onsite maintenance! Really enjoyed our stay in this centrally located condo and would recommend to friends! The price was great and so is the unit and owners!

Fantastic stay in Scottsdale
The condo unit is clean, spacious and very comfortable, with easy access from the airport. Sharon went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in place for my stay and made the experience especially positive. I will definitely return to this condo in the future when I am in the area!

Convenient
This is a lovely condo in a convenient area. Seems like we could be anywhere we were going in 10-20 min. Everything is beautiful inside - I love the touch of the timed candles, it's really nice to come back to a warmly lit place. The beds a really comfy too. We had the pool to ourselves which we enjoyed with the perfect weather. Mark and Sharon could not be any nicer - all communication we easy and prompt. I would recommend this place to anyone - it has most things you need...spices, water, cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Nice place to chill and relax!
This property was perfect for my husband and myself and his fun mom! We were out and about most of the time during the day but the evenings were well spent enjoying our evenings at home. It was very well equipped with all the little necessary items you need and even a basket of items you might have left at home! We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked inviting! We will be back!

Very impressed with the condo
My brother and I stayed at this condo from January 31st until February 7th while we attended the Waste Management Open PGA. We found the condo very nice and enjoyed our 7 days. The pool was a nice break from the heat of the day and very re;axing after spending the day walking around the golf course. The condo was fully stocked with all the amenities you would need and we liked having a garage as we rented a car for the week. The condo is close to shopping and many fine places to dine. It is also close to some nice reasonably priced golf courses we did 18 holes with cart and club rentals for $70, very reasonable. The owners are very nice and bend over backwards to help you which in nice when your in a strange place. Overall we were very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others

AMAZINGLY THOUGHTFUL HOSTS
This condo is lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. It is warm and welcoming. The place is fully supplied with everything from big, fluffy towels to soap (body wash and shampoos) to spices and condiments. The garage is a huge plus along with the washer and dryer (again supplies of detergent and dryer sheets thoughtfully provided). The location is perfect for Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe but the actual street is very quiet. Sharon and Mark's instructions were clear and precise in both emails and notes posted around the condo. We can't recommend this place highly enough!

Very nice, comfortable and clean.
Lovely property in a very convenient neighbourhood. Shopping of all kinds is close and attractions such as Old Town Scottsdale and the Botanical Gardens (our favourites) are very easy to get to. The kitchen is very well equipped with great spices and good knives (important for serious cooks). The bedrooms are comfortable and the complex is well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great vacation condo over Christmas
Sharon and Mark were great to work with. Everything was in order on arrival plus more including extras not normally offered at most rentals. The condo was clean and had more supplies for laundry, kitchen and bath than expected. As other reviews stated it is centrally located to all Tempe/ Scottsdale tourist attractions ( ASU, hole in the rock, squaw peak, etc.) . They even went out of their way and allowed us to stay longer as our flight to go back home was cancelled/delayed due to weather conditions in Chicago and Michigan. Can't thank them enough.

Pleasant stay
Very nice place, the owners really went out of there way for us to be comfortable almost like home. Beds very comfortable Also first time ever i see a place with so many extras in the kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals instead of going at restaurants every night. Pool area also nice.
