It has clubhouse, swimming pool and basketball court. We went in winter so couldn't use the facilities.Downsides --1) The roads within the community are terrible.2) There aren't many food options nearby. We found a nice Italian place in Quitman (Anconna Italian Restaurant)”

“The cabin location was great but the some things listed were not accurate. They do not have 2 tvs and the one they did have did not work due to lack of internet. All they had were DVDs. Internet/hot spot was not good. We loved the area and how close it was to Mineola, Tyler, Hawkin, and other towns.
