Vista Ridge Park Tours

The staff didn’t even check my ID on check-in. I booked a non-smoking room and the first room they gave me smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I requested a different room and the second room smelled of mildew and the curtains were shredded. I checked the messages from the hotel in the app, and the whole message was warnings about what was not included in the stay and what all fees can be added if you damage the room, or cancel your reservation. With how bad the hotel is, I can understand people being willing to pay extra to get out of staying there.

We had some problems at first with getting in the building and getting upstairs (we're in our seventies, and have bad knees), but they were mostly just a lack of experience on our part. The place was clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was good.
