A very relaxing atmosphere with excellent food. It is also in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to many amenities.

Everything was excellent, clean room, great customer service the pool was amazing. The only inconvenience we had during our stay was that the hot water wasn’t really that hot. But other than that it was a great place to stay

Very sad to report that the hotel has deteriorated badly since we first came here four years ago. Half of the chaise lounges by the pool have seriously torn covers, revealing foam beneath. How could the staff not see this or not care? There is trash all over the ground looking down from the front balcony outside our room. Chipped paint, tiles and pottery everywhere. Our bed sheets had a black stain. The front gates are rarely securely locked. Badly peeling paint on some of the walls around the pool. They no longer offer wash clothes in the bathrooms. Etc. Etc.

If you are looking to stay at a boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta, I must say this is the place. The stay here is definitely for a relaxing and quiet getaway…. It is very Zen. It’s definitely not your resort hotel. However, all the amenities that you need are there, the hotel Very well-maintained and the staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and very sweet. Unfortunately, we did not try the restaurant downstairs. Keep in mind that they do not have that 24 hour reception If you are in need of something. We certainly did not miss that. My husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Casa Ritual is the perfect relaxing getaway. Everything is exceptional; great ambiance and relaxing atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, wonderful food, perfect location. It looks exactly the same in person as it does in photos! We ate breakfast every day at Casa Ritual and it was wonderful to start our day with the relaxing vibe and incredible food. The house itself is beautiful with so much interesting architecture and styling. And I cannot say enough good things about the staff! The service we received at the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping were top tier. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for a quick trip 3 nights only but it was perfect. Clean rooms, quiet pool, we walked to the marina for our fav eatery’s and that was simple and safe and lovely. The staff were wonderful and attentive to us. We will be back.

The street it is on is a lovely upscale residential street. It’s also a 15-18 min walk from the airport and a 20 min walk from the alarms and. Waterfront! So nice.

Our stay was only for one night but Casa Ritual was the perfect spot to unwind before our flight home. The staff were incredibly friendly and our service was great. We kept our bags at reception after check out, took a short trip to Bucerias and came back to Casa Ritual to have snack, some drinks and a swim in the pool. The food was excellent and drinks were perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved it here, the staff was great and the place was so pretty. We will stay here again next year when we return and probably for longer. The marina was within walking distance and the sushi restaurant and margaritas were superb !

I can't say enough about Casa Ritual! I was looking for a quiet, comfortable, affordable place to stay while the rest of my party stayed at a big resort. I got all that plus. On a trip from a nearby Galleria I took a short taxi ride back to the hotel and the driver took off with my iPhone. Not only was the staff sympathetic, they arranged for me to have my meals, which were exceptional — they even have an outstanding sushi restaurant on site —until I could get through to family to send me cash. Every single courtesy was extended. The manager offered me her computer and iPhone to get in touch with my husband, the rest of the staff were kind in light of my situation. We are all so dependent on our phones for everything — time of day, news, finances, connection to the world — and while I had to buy a new phone when I returned, I will always have these great warm memories of my stay at Casa Ritual.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Ritual. A beautiful, tranquil location in a residential neighborhood. The pool area is lovely to relax at and enjoy a drink or meal. The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities one needs to relax and enjoy a vacation. There isn’t a mini fridge in your room but you can request some ice from the bar. The staff are all wonderful, friendly and attentive. We were able to leave our bags at the front desk and enjoy the pool and lunch before departing for the airport. Much appreciated so we could have a relaxing stress free last day. As I am a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as you are close to the airport and in a residential neighborhood so we heard dogs barking in the night. Having said that we would definitely stay again.

Excellent small boutique hotel for a quiet stay in Puerto Vallarta. Food and drinks were available and very good. Staff were friendly and professional and the cats on the property were a delight. My only concern was that my water pressure in the shower was lacking. Outside of that I would stay there again without hesitation.
