Clean room, walking distance to the centre. Parking steps away. Giving it thumbs up. Room very small. No place for the luggage, nor a safety box available. Though not critical but useful.

Brand new property with very comfortable rooms, and great service. 10 minute-walk to the old town, and free parking included. Recommended!

It is a simple hotel, clean with a good breakfast. It is well located, walking distance from major sites. Very nice if you don’t want to spend lots of money.

Pula stop-over
We stayed here as an overnight /stop-off en route to Dubrovnik. Friendly and conveniently located property. Rooms/bathroom were very clean, air-conditioned. No safe. Parking 50m away from property and reception needs to let you in ; but no real hassle once you know the system. Convenient for Pula centre. Would stay again.

Only ok for an overnight stay
Location is good with 10 minutes walking distance to the centre and most tourist attractions. The room is a bit small and no kettle to boil hot water. Also the boiler for shower has not turned to appropriate degree to give warm water. My wife felt too cold when showering. The receptionist are quite nice though and quick in response to my email.

Generally very good for exploring the city
We needed a hotel for a couple of nights located so that we could explore Pula. This hotel proved to be just fine. It is modern and very clean. The included breakfast was pretty good. We selected it because it offered car parking and was just an easy stroll into the town. The only slight difficulty was identifying the parking area (about 50 meters down side road) and then getting access (need to get receptionist to open [done remotely]).

The location and breakfast were wonderful. By North American standards the bed was not comfortable and the bed linens were substandard. The front desk staff were exceptional and gave great dining tips.

Great place to stay!
The staff at this hotel were excellent, very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very close to the city center so very easy access to restaurants and shopping. We were treated very well. When we come back we will stay here again. Also free secure parking.

Great hotel
Easy to find and plenty of parking, reception very friendly and helpful both checking in after 9pm and checking out the next morning, it’s a short walk from the hotel to the centre of town and the room itself was spacious and clean.

Good for a 1 night stay
Quick check-in and friendly staff. Parking is just down the road, 50 metres or so. Just let the check-in staff know you need the barrier raising to go in (auto opens for out). Room (standard) was spacious and clean. Area doesn't have a lot going on but it is easy walking distance to the old town for sight seeing. Breakfast was good, lots on offer.

Nice hotel near city center.
Hotel is very modern. There seems to be some renovations going on in the guest rooms (particularly the one we stayed in). Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, close to centre and easy to find
The hotel was easy to find, although you need to remember to look for 'DD' City Centre. Upon arriving we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who showed us where the car park was, which was only a couple of minutes walk round the corner. The car park was basic but large and had a barrier so felt secure. Reception was clean, bright and airy. We stayed for 2 nights which was perfect for what we needed, it was only a 5 min walk from the centre, you are literally at the top of the hill, so down by the police station and across the road and then go through the gates to the city and you'll be in the main part. All hotel staff were friendly and chatty, got some good recommendations on where to eat and what to do/see. Breakfast was included in our price, it was continental along with boiled & scrambled eggs, sausages and other pastries etc available, there was also fresh fruit and yoghurts. Our room was nice and clean, the bathroom had a great rain shower in although they could have finished the bathroom off, there were a couple of pipes which had tape over them, maybe they thought about putting in a towel rail but decided not to, so no where to hang towels but that's not a major issue in life. All in all, a good clean and friendly hotel, I would stay again in visiting Pula

It was not ta 4 stars hotel
We thought we had booked a 4 star hotel in the centre of the town. This was not the case as there were not any facilities, the breakfast was very poor and the bathroom seemed to be unfinished: no space to leave toiletries, only 2 hooks and 4 to 6 pipes covered in tape.

Overall good stay- breakfast was good, staff very helpful. The shower was great, lots of hot water, flow. Room was a bit small, but functional; bathroom was very small, and tight for space using the toilet !

Nice price, so-so location
Staff was very helpful, and the room was clean. My overhead shower, along with that of 3 other rooms, was broken due to a water pressure issue. Staff offered to move me to another room, but the handheld shower was working fine, so I stayed put. Nicely decorated, but simple and inexpensive additions (such as a shelf in the bathroom and additional / double bedside outlets) could have enhanced guest comfort and convenience.

Solid Performer; Frustrating Location Confusion
We had a pleasant stay at City Center Rooms in Pula...once we identified the CORRECT City Center Rooms... Service (4): The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Since there is no minibar in room, they allowed us to use their refrigerators to store food and beverages we had purchased. They provided us with solid recommendations on beaches, restaurants and sights in the area...and fixed us omelets for breakfast every morning. Room (3.5): The rooms are clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The electronic blackout blinds in the windows will make you want to install them at home. Simply amazing. The only drawbacks from rating the rooms a 4 or 5 are that the beds are actually twins placed together (somewhat standard in Europe) rather than a single mattress. The facilities are also still clearly being built out, as there are hookups for bidets and refrigerators which the rooms do not yet have. So, a very basic, but still comfortable room. Location (3): Very easy walking distance to Pula city center an the arena. Not the sexiest area to stay, but very functional. I'm knocking some points off of location, however, because there is significant CONFUSION when you are trying to find the location. The hotel says "D.D. Interigeri"...but is listed as "City Center Rooms" on Hotels.com. Using Google Maps (or other) to navigate to "City Center Rooms" you'll find a scary apartment building 6 blocks away. This is a huge problem that Hotels.com needs to address.

Modest hotel close distance to town
The hotel was a little bit outside of the city center, but was a very short walk to the beginning of town (5 minutes to market, 10-15 minutes to arena). The accommodations were very clean, bedding was OK (only provided 2 pillows and no sheet on the bed). It was a modest place to stay while stopping in the region of Istria.
