The resort was phenomenal! Starting with the check in process and the front desk everything was simple. Food was delicious whether you dine at the buffet, the lobby cafe, or at the restaurant. Pool side snacks were delicious and service was exceptional! We ended up becoming members and enjoying the members amenities as well. Rooms were spotlessly clean. We had the Allure room with the swim up pool which was an huge plus if you want to take a dip in the pool late at night. Overall 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to be back.

Armony is lovely, a great place to unwind. This is a smaller resort with class. The activities were excellent ie: Watsu, yoga etc. they have some unique experiences worth trying. The spa has some unique experiences as well, I highly recommend trying one. Many pools, very clean, pool side service excellent. Beach is also lovely, and the sand is not rocks like other parts of PV. ( plus) Friendly and respectful staff. My only negative feedback is the lobby bar menu does not clarify what’s included in all inclusive drinks and what is extra. They need to amend menus to indicate top shelf/ extra costs may apply ie tequila. Also they constantly chase you down to sign $0 bills. They print paper and have you sign your name and room number, not the norm for all inclusive members and a waste of paper and staffs time. Your braclet and room number should be enough to confirm you are all inclusive ( not the euro plan). Aside from that small annoyance -great resort.

Beautiful resort. Great food and top shelf liquor. Seriously why is the food this good at an all inclusive?! Customer service was mostly good, a few disgruntled employees not delivering 5 star service but nothing that ruined the trip. I did not like the signing of receipts after meals to basically request a tip even for all inclusive guests. First time Ive ever seen that. My room smelled like mildew and the ac panel indicated the filter needs to be changed. I told staff and maintenance was supposed to replace but never showed up. I reported the incident upon my exit and they didn’t seem to care or even document the incident. Finally transportation is an issue, especially at check out. It took 35 minutes for our Uber to accept the ride and they still had to drive quite a ways to pick us up. Add this with the long 1.25 hour commute to the airport you better pad enough time to make it back home!

Property and facilities were clean, beautifully curated, and comfortable. Some minor wear and tear. Our only issue was the food - limited restaurants and food only ok. Breakfast buffet was the best by far! Overall, a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property, staff is hit or miss on kindness. The rooms were clean, cleaning ladies were very polite. The pools were nice and clean. If you're looking for total ZEN- then go here! If you like music, your not gonna find it here- maybe a little on fri and sat but it's all about the relaxation! Gave library feels if ya know what i mean lol!

The staff and amenities were great. Thr food was pretty good. We didnt like there was no where to walk off property. We were supposed to receive $250 in hotel credits and the hotel could not come up with the “coupons.” We wanted to use them for bottles of wine and discounted amenities but we asked 5 times and they never had them. So that was deceiving.

Armony was beautiful. Everything about it, especially the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Literally the only thing that wasnt great was the road getting there after we left the highway. Really rough, but- would definitely go back! Visited in March 2024

Nice property. Nice beach. Far from any outside activities. They need more chairs at the pool but a great vacation. Try to get a room that backs to one of the smaller pools. It's like your own private pool. Food was good. Lots of options.

Transportation didn’t show up- even though I requested through web. Their response on Expedia was they don’t offer when they do- said you got $250 credits but was given coupons then told I couldn’t use them as it needed be double occupancy to use them. Disappointed

We generally enjoyed our stay! 4.5 overall. Grounds and beach: 5/5 Room: 5 we had an ocean view suite and it was fabulous - #3422 Staff: 5 (Efren at Divum was an absolute delight!) Food: Divum: 5, everywhere else 4 - 4.5 Music: 1 Terrible techno music near the pool in afternoons that I suspect few of the guests actually liked, otherwise 5 earlier in day Activities: 3. Wished they offered yoga daily. The rental system at the beach was limited/overprices/unclear. If you’re into being active, the resort is fairly limited- no tennis/pickleball courts, No lap pool, etc.

Very nice property with a great beach and a really nice spa. Rooms are nice. Food and beverage staff is amazing. Concierge not so mich, requests were answered with options how to do ourselves. Hot water issues in room despite multiple requests for maintenance ove 48 hours. Two gentlemen at front desk were really lovely and helpful. They helped us track down our lost laundry and sent it to our next hotel. When you check in be aware that you will be accosted by sales people aggresively selling vacation rental packages. Essentially railroaded into going to a presentation to sell you" member perks", we agreed to go just so we could get out of the checkout and get to our vacation. The gentlrmen also hunted us down when we did not show and continued to place more pressure on us. We ended up checking out two days early. Armony is trying to do too much and dropping basic balls in service. Would not reccomend

The resort is only a few years old and has amazing foliage and very beautiful grounds that give it an exotic feel. The beach is well kept, calm and beautiful. The resort has multiple pools and secluded areas with great views. Faustino served us daily by the pool and his service was perfect. There are two main sit down restaurants. The essence restaurant alternates between Mexican and Mediterranean. It has a great ambiance with its secluded outdoor seating. The food is tasty and service by Luis and Fernando is great. Service at other areas around the hotel could be better. We came from Grand Velas PV before this and compared the service from there to here. The lining up at 11am to book a dinner spot at Essence or Divum is painful (see photo) Lineups are long, spots fill up quick, you have to do it daily and people often book reservations for multiple rooms which is annoying. Booking for restaurants should be done at check in and be able to book dinner times for days ahead. Divum service and food wasn’t enjoyable. The internet does cut in and out when on the resort which is a nuisance but okay. As with Grand Velas you need to sign each bill when eating which is standard so I am not sure why people complain. The resort/restaurants are open to more than all inclusive guests. We tipped with each meal but did not feel pressured to do so. Overall we genuinely enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone.

Overall, this was a wonderful, relaxing place to spend a week. Loved: the infinity pool and view to the ocean, Armony ocean view rooms were amazing with huge deck to view ocean, food at buffet, the grounds were beautiful with lush plants and flowers, very clean, beach was very private and could walk a long way without public spaces, pool waiters were very attentive, we saw whales swimming while relaxing in infinity pool, very relaxing overall. Disliked: check in process was very cumbersome as they wanted you to sign a contract but it was all in Spanish, which I couldn’t read. No options for English. Had to stand in line daily to make dinner reservations which usually took 20-30 mins every day as you can only book same day. Lady managing towels was extremely rude, treated everyone extremely poorly and was not friendly at all. Halfway thru our vacation they put out signs you can’t reserve chairs by pool and would take peoples things they left on chairs. Drinks in restaurants were hard to get. Overall, very clean, very relaxing, waiters at pool & beach were great. The views were some of the best I’ve experienced.

The swimming Pools are really good. The ammenities also great. The attractions also great. Nevethless I had many problems with the rooms and had to love 3 times in 4 days of stay. I sent emails to the Concierge describing each and if you are interested you can review with them. The fact is that I could have enjoyed much more my stay than I did due to the inconviences I faced.

I certainly would not say this is a five star. Overall the property was quite clean Service just wasnt there! I would rate this hotel as a 3 star. Food was not good. Very bland and over cooked. I do mot plan on returning to this resort and will not recommend it to anyone.

Property is very aesthetically appealing. Beach is so soft and clean. Staff are very friendly, shout out to Mario for being fantastic and promptly taking care of our drink and food by the pool orders! Definitely worth a visit if you are heading to this part of Mexico. We enjoyed the Sound Therapy, Massages and games by the pool.

Overall a wonderful stay. Room service ws ht and mis, however solved with a call to housekeeping. Clean and great layout. I enjoyed the "busy" ocean view pool (get there early to get a chair) and the quiet garden view pools were a nice treat. Food was 8 out of 10. However they fed a lot of people and the things I found just ok (dried out fish) were really a personal choice. Overall, wonderful. Friendly staff. Hard sell on check in for :membership" The spa was pricey, and I might pass on it next stay. I will be back.

if you want peace and quiet and relaxation, this is not the place. constant music playing, djs till midnight right outside of your room and the service was horrible due to lack of training and I assume common respect. Wasn't able to get towels unless in specific window time frames despite asking for them at 5:05 when the cutoff was 5pm because we had just flown in arrived to the hotel but the answer was a firm "no". Additionally if you book the Bahia room, 50/50 chance you'll have a king bed or two SINGLE beds that cannot be pushes together, so if you're a couple, don't book this room as they have less kings than singles. Food was mediocre at best. I travel all the time and this ranks with one of the top five worst places I have ever stayed.

For the amount of money we paid on this all inclusive I would have expected more. We stay at all inclusives in Mexico often and this was probably my least favorite. Our check in was disastrous with an extremely rude front desk staff. I literally have never dealt with this type of poor service upon check in. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was nice except for the sewer smell that came and went in our room. We did complain about it and they claimed they were overbooked and had no where to move us. The smell was horrendous! Food was just ok. Not many choices for lunch. It was either a buffet or pizza. I will say that everyone we dealt with at the resort was friendly and we had great overall service...except front desk. We also felt badgered to do the time share presentation from the guy who checked us in. He even called our room multiple times and followed us to breakfast. When we are on vacation we should not have to deal with this! One HUGE call out of exceptional service would be the bar off of the front lobby...in particular Elizabeth. She was just amazing! I would not stay here again for a variety of reasons stated above. Just not worth what we paid. And I obviously feel very strongly as this is the first review I have ever done on Expedia!

The grounds and the view are beautiful. The food was quite good, especially at the bar in the evening. The staff are very nice. The reason it got four stars rather than five is because of small things that need not happen at a high-end resort like this. Having to make reservations for dinner and not being able to get them should not happen at places like this. Other high-end resorts allow you to attend at whatever restaurant you want at whatever time you want. If there is a wait you can choose to wait or not. Also, having to fight for chairs by the pool is not relaxing. Overall a very nice stay.
