There are so many adventures to be had in Europa, but venture farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Book a set of wheels and you can cruise around the greater area at your own pace. Add these awesome places to your to-do list:

• You'll find Tiradentes Square and many other interesting attractions in Ouro Preto. From Europa, it's around 50 miles away.
• Your next stop? Make it Divinopolis, which is around 65 miles away. Shopping Pátio Divinópolis is one local highlight you shouldn't miss.
• Serra da Mantiqueira is about 160 miles from Europa and is one of the region's most spectacular nature spots. Go for a walk around and enjoy the fresh air.

If you don't possess a driver's license issued in Brazil, then it's likely you'll need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be able to rent a car. Also consider that if an IDP is required, it won't be valid on its own. You'll need to show your current license your passport and other forms of documentation as well.
